Question: Ask The Nuwaupians, On June 26, 1945; Was Malachi York Born in Ghana, Sudan, or Boston? 

Answer: Let's clear this mess up via the evidence.

What you're about to read is information designed to debunk, and place in proper perspective the facts regarding Malachi York's birth, as well as his late mother's birth. It is our intention to clear up some of the lies mentioned in the book titled, The Supreme Beings, The Melanin-ite Race (Series No. 27) as it's currently being used to deceive people from knowing the facts of Malachi York's birth.

You'll notice deep-red lettering; I'm using that to make it easier to differentiate and follow along with the various sections and quotes where a topic or comment is being debunked.

  The Actual Facts/Supreme Beings, Melanin-ite Race publication; was also designed to alter the reality that Malachi York was simply an American black man who was born in Boston in 1945 to an American black woman born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1924. We will share with you documentation, quotes and York family photos, along with other images that many are unaware of, this will be instrumental in presenting you with an accurate and valid presentation; so you be the judge. 

Actual Facts - The Supreme Beings, The Melanin-ite Race Series No. 27  Verse 580

"We saw your sufferings and I Pa Nabaab Yaanuwn the 19th elder was sent to enter the body of this child and it is I Yaanuwn who teach and warn you Nuwaupians. We felt the sadness of his mother the rejection and made her womb open for us, so at 1 second past midnight on June 26, 1945 A.D., 100 years after the birth of his great grandfather of the Sudan, Muhammad Ahmed Al Mahdi born June 26, 1845, and died March 10th 1885, who by a Ghanaian female of the Ewe tribe, the Akan clan migrated up to West Sudan.

Her name was "Mok-Bula", and she birthed a son in the year 1885 AD named, Abdur Rahman Al Mahdi, he was the father of Al Haddi Abdur Rahman Al Mahdi, born 1922 to 1970 AD.  All 3 born in Sudan of the mixed Ewe tribe of Ghana by "Mok-Bula" and the Dongula tribe of Nubia by Muhammad Ahmad Al Mahdi.  And this chosen male child was born at the exact time on Tuesday at that exact place Takoradi, Ghana West Africa east of America. When the "craft" shined brightly above all, all thought how can a star shine so bright on a cloudy night, I Yaanuwn descended from it and entered her womb, she felt no pains in this child bearing, she uttered no sounds. She was called Fatima, her name at birth was Mary Aba Okran of "Weslon Takoradi" the Western region of Ghana, West Africa. She belonged to the Akan clan of Sakondi, Takoradi, born in the year 1929 A.D. on March the 10th. When the child was born, I was inside his brain, waiting the exact time for him to speak my words unto all. He was much loved by his mother's family, yet rejected by his father's family.

 So with the help of her first husband David Piper York, of who she had separated from in Boston to come back to Africa, and by whom she had 2 children before this one, a male David Piper York Jr. (Obaba), and a female, Dale Elaine York (Wakya). She being rejected for this, had to find a way to return to the west from the east, and her ex-husband, and father of her first 2 children David Piper York, a Native American of the Yamassee tribe who lived in Boston, extended a helping hand to her from America in Boston Massachusetts.

My mother is by DNA, related to David Piper York, so my children who have David's DNA, as well as my mother's DNA, if you read the old books and look at the Native American charts, you will see that I stated that David Piper York and Mary C. Williams, were first cousins, blood related, and have the same family DNA. For those of my children who look up their DNA and find the York-Piper and other names listed in books, you can also read this in the Rebuttal To The Slanderers/Let's Set The Records Straight, and the many times I've said it. David P. York and Mary C. Williams were related as first cousins, so they would have the same DNA if looked up, and because Mary is my DNA mother, they will find that David Piper York is in their DNA.  I know this, I accept him as my father as step and family as blood related.

How did I become related to Ben York Native American? My DNA will reflect David's DNA because my mother Mary was his wife and they were first cousins. David Piper York, on behalf of his 2 children, helped Mary Aba Okran also called Mary C. York to return from Ghana West Africa, eastward to America by putting his own name on a bogus birth certificate that he was able to pay money to have forged, yet refused to give the male child a first name, so he was only named on this birth certificate "male", this has been proven by the Registry of Vital Records and Statistics in Boston, Massachusetts to be a fake birth certificate after research proved no such male child was actually born in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts between the years 1941 A.D. and 1950 A.D., no male child born named Dwight York, there is no birth record of Dwight York at the Registry of Vital Records and Statistics in Massachusetts USA.

There's a vast amount of inconsistencies within this Nuwaupian/York birth narrative, so much that you can write a book on it alone.  We'll try and simplify it as easy as possible without it becoming a case of overkill.

Here we have Malachi York speaking about himself as a space alien "Yaanuwn", claiming to have been born "1" second after midnight.  York's made up alter ego, Yaanuwn, is a fictitious character that he created many years ago about himself, who he claims is the "19th elder" from the bible.  

Whenever York depicts Yaanuwn, he's naturally a cartoon illustration of  himself, and to this day, Nuwaupians believe and accept this character "Yaanuwn" to be a real spaceman from a planet he calls "Rizq".  The self professed extraterrestrial York, is currently incarcerated in a Federal Prison in Colorado.  This is the essence of Pseudoism and Spookology.  

2) << And this chosen male child was born at the exact time on Tuesday at that exact place Takoradi, Ghana West Africa east of America.  >>

This is FALSE; years earlier York claimed to have been born in Sudan, NOT Ghana on Tuesday, June 26, 1945. 

"she went into labor in Omdurman, Sudan,  At 12:00 midnight, on Tuesday June 26, she gave birth to me...my full name is Isa Al Haadi Al Mahdi and if you check the records in the Hall of Records of the Sudan you will see that my birth was indeed recorded.  However, no birth certificate was issued because, one was not yet required by law as a Sudanese."

"As Sayyid Al Imaam Isa Al Haddi Al Mahdi was born in 1945, in the Sudan 100 years after the birth of As Sayyid Al Imaam Ahmad Al Mahdi, his great grandfather.  Of Sudanese descent, and of the tribe of the Dongolaway, As Sayyid Al Imaam Ahmad Al Mahdi has done a great deal..."

Even as late as 2002 York was still claiming to have been born in Sudan.

 The facts shows that Malachi York was NOT born in Takoradi, Ghana West Africa, he was born Tuesday June 26, 1945 at 9:10 pm in Boston, Massachusetts, this is from the information supplied by York's mother, Mary C. Williams (Maiden name) and Mary C. York at the time of birth, married to David Piper York, both living together at 162 Harold St. Boston, Massachusetts U.S.A.  This will be explained in greater detail in a moment.

Here we have York claiming that upon his birth, there was a spacecraft shinning brightly and how he (Malachi York), jumped into his mother's womb where she felt no pain and was silent as she gave birth.  This is the sort of stupidity that's being spread to the Nuwaupians.  This "jumping" into a womb is 1611 biblical language, as we find in the bible.

"And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost"

4.) << She was called Fatimah, her name at birth was Mary Aba Ocran of "Weslon Takoradi" the Western region of Ghana, West Africa.  She belonged to the Akan Clan of Sakondi, Takoradi, born in the year 1929 A.D. on March the 10th. >> 

Malachi York's mother's full maiden name was Mary Cassie Williams (eternal peace).  She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 10, 1924. 

On an old True-Light narration audio tape called, The Reformer released by Malachi York and recorded at York Studios on Hart Street in Brooklyn, New York, the narrator says,

" It was June 26, 1945 A.D., midnight to be exact, far from the talk of war and false promises of peace, that a young woman by the name of Fatimah Maryam, who was born in the city of Philadelphia March 10, 1925 A.D. , gave birth to a son of a young Sudanese man the grandson of the Mahdi Muhammad Ahmad son of Abdullah...the young Fatimah went into labor on  June 25th, 1945 A.D. , right before midnight, at exactly 12 AM midnight, she gave birth to a son June 26, 1945 A.D. , no birth certificate was issued because this was not yet the law in Sudan, however, the records of birth were recorded in the Hall of Records..."

Clearly there's an inconsistency in the stories being told here, but we'll see plenty more as we go on.  In the book, "Let's Set The Records Straight", York tells you that his mother was American NOT Ghanaian.

"...The father's name David York, and the mother's name Mary C. York.  His father's listed nationality is Nubian and his mother's listed nationality is American."

And let's not forget the fact that York said years ago that his "mentor" Sheikh Daoud Ahmad Faisal, issued him an Islamic birth certificate, and on that certificate, the birth place is NOT Ghana, it's BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, and he list's York's mother as "AMERICAN" NOT Ghanaian, or are Nuwaupians going to now say Sheikh Daoud was part of a conspiracy too?

Anyone still believing their nonsense, has to ask themselves this question, if Mary C. York was born in 1929 A.D., why then does her family have 1924 as the year of her birth?  It's even on her gravestone PBUH. 

 None of Malachi York's lectures, audio, video or publications has ever mentioned that his mother was living in Ghana, raised or ever even visiting Ghana, let alone being born there.  To claim that Mary C. Williams (York) was born in Ghana (unless adopted) would imply that her mother was in Ghana at birth.  York's grandmother was Mary "May" Agnes Miller, she was born in 1900 in South Carolina, she had  a son Clarence Daniel Williams Jr. (1920-2013), and 2 daughters, Lelia Elaine "Lilly" Williams (1921-2005) and Mary Cassie Williams (1924-2012), and neither of them are Ghanaian Nationals.

 The above comment is inconsistent and fallacious.  In the book, "The Ansaar Cult In America: Rebuttal To The Slanderers", York makes the following claims.

"...I also acquired my father's name.  My full name is Isa Al Haadi Al Mahdi and if you check the records in the Hall of Records of the Sudan you will see that my birth was indeed recorded.  However, no birth certificate was issued because, one was not yet required by law as a Sudanese.  Even after I was born, my mother was not accepted by my father's royal family.  Thus, she was ESCORTED BACK TO THE UNITED STATES BY HER FATHER to Boston and then New Bedford, Massachusetts.  I was registered on Tuesday, July 3, 1945 A.D. as 'male' York and an American birth certificate was drawn up.  The name 'York' comes from my mother's previous marriage in 1941 A.D. to a PORTUGUESE man from Boston, whose name was David York.  As I grew older I was nicknamed 'Dwight'..."

Mary C. York's father was Clarence D. Williams Sr. (1897-1981) and he's never known nor mentioned to have ever visited Sudan, neither was he known to have returned Mary C. York, his daughter, back to America.  David P. York is a victim of a lie campaign by York and Nuwaupians when they falaciously claimed that he had, accompanied or escorted Mary C. York back to America, and for the record, this claim in "The Ansaar Cult In America: Rebuttal To The Slanderers" book is also a fabricated story, nevertheless we're citing it as further evidence of York's inconsistent statements about his family over the years.

The facts will continue to show that York is an habitual liar.  He wrote in another publication about who was responsible for him being in America!

"It was this man Shaykh Al Hajj Daa'wud Ahmad Faisal, who helped me by arranging the paperwork nessasary for my stay in the United States.  He was at that time a delegate in the United Nations..."

So here we have York claiming that it was his mentor Sheikh Dauwd who at the time was as a delegate of the United Nations, was the one who drew up the paper work to bring him to America.  Now let's see AGAIN who York says brought him to America.

Now watch the contradiction!

"I was brought to America FIRST on NOVEMBER 12, 1955 A.D. by way of London, however, I came to stay on February 14, 1959 A.D.   That same year my grandfather died so my father had to be in Sudan.  When I came to the United States I WAS ACCOMPANIED BY AN AMERICAN MUSLIM named Umar Abdullah, aka Oscar Love Jr.  or Brother. ..this man Umar, lived in the Marcy Projects at 125 Nostrand Avenue."

And there you have it, York explaining that he first arrived in America in 1955 NOT in 1945.  He claims to have arrived in America at age 10, yet the booklet "Actual Facts - The Supreme Beings, The Melanin-ite Race Series No. 27"  says,

"So Mary Aba Okran "Mary C. York - Umm Fatima" was allowed to return to the West "America", from the East Africa with the newborn son in her arms" 

If you're born in 1945, and you first arrive in America in 1955, you're a 10 year old kid, NOT a new born.  Now let's summerize the lies from York.

A. "with the help of her first husband David Piper York...So Mary Aba Okran "Mary C. York - Umm Fatima" was allowed to return to the West "America", from the East Africa with the newborn son in her arms"

B. "she was ESCORTED BACK TO THE UNITED STATES BY HER FATHER to Boston and then New Bedford, Massachusetts.  I was registered on Tuesday, July 3, 1945 A.D. as 'male' York and an American birth certificate was drawn up."

C. "I was brought to America FIRST on NOVEMBER 12, 1955 A.D. by way of London, however, I came to stay on February 14, 1959 A.D."

You would have to be the ultimate dummy if believe York's claims in these books!

This too is a lie. David P. York and Mary C. York (Williams) were NOT first cousins, in fact, one of Malachi York's daughters did look into the above comments and stated the following.

Let's set the records straight on this nonsense.

As stated previously, she (York's mother), according to York, was in Sudan, NOT Ghana, and she (according to York) was brought back to America by her father.

Malachi York's birth certificate can easily be found in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Public Health Registry of Vital Records and Statistics, Registerd number 8523.

If Malachi York's birth certificate was fake or a forgery, then ask yourself this question, why would Malachi York post it in the Let's Set The Records Straight book page 11 as truthful and real?

Look closely at the birth certificate York posted. This is the exact same birth certificate they now say is "fake".  In addition to that, you'll notice that parts have been redacted (blacked out) purposely, so you the reader can't find the original, or making it difficult to research it.  The words on the upper right of the birth certificate are blacked out, because it shows the certificate and registry numbers.  Clearly someone did NOT want those numbers displayed to the public.

Please Note: York in the above page claims that his father was of the Yamassee Native Americans, that's inconsistent with what he claims in an earlier publication, writing that his father was "Portuguese".

It's right there, York says his father was "Portuguese", NOT from a "Yamassee" Native American.  In an effort to demonstrate York and his followers deceptions, we've posted the Boston birth certificate that was issued without any part being redacted or blacked out.  You can also obtain a copy for yourself as we have.

 

The birth certificate does NOT have the word "male" as stated by York, it has his last name "York".  There is no name "Dwight" on it because he didn't receive the first name "Dwight" until later.   When a baby hasn't received a first name, the surname is placed on the birth certificate.  Here's another copy of York's birth certificate as found in Government legal documents, this also verify's its existence.

 Certainly York couldn't and didn't attend elementary and Junior high school with just one name, he would eventually acquirer the name "Dwight" as his first name.  York literally wrote in another book that his name was "Dwight".

"...I was given the Arabic name 'Isa' at birth by my grandfather, Salah Hailak Al Ghalat. As it is custom in the Sudan for the male members of the family to also have their father's name, I also acquired my father’s name. My full name is Isa Al Haadi Al Mahdi and if you check the records in the Hall of Records of the Sudan you will see that my birth was indeed recorded. However, no birth certificate was issued because, one was not yet required by law as a Sudanese... This is the history of my Sudanese name, Isa Al Haadi Al Mahdi, and the American name I acquired while in the United States, Dwight York. This is the truth about the other names which you say I posses; and I add, if I was trying to hide the fact that one of my names is Dwight York, would I call myself Dr. York?  Think now, since 1973 A.D. a picture of myself and the name Dr. York has appeared on posters, records, television videos, etc. I’m known by thousands of people as Dr. York, so ask yourself: 'Is he trying to hide this name?' The only logical answer if you're honest, Bilal, is No! "

Below is further evidence that Dwight was York's first name.  When Malachi York first petitioned for a name change in 1988, the name "Dwight York" was the original name used.

What's also worth noting is, in the petition to have his name changed, on the legal court documents, York list's his birthplace as Boston, NOT Sudan, nor Ghana.  Even before York moved to Georgia, he purchased the property later called, "Tamare" from Arne and Sandra Lassen at 404 Shadydale Rd.  

The purchase agreement and deed was signed by York as "Dwight York A/K/A Isa Al Haadi Al Mahdi". 

Kathy Johnson: York's main wife (Common Law) also signed and was a principle witness at the purchase.  So you will not see the name "Dwight York" on a birth certificate between 1941 A.D. and 1950 A.D, however you WILL see the name "York" on the birth certificate issued to Mary C. York, the mother of the child with the surname "York", born June 26, 1945 in Boston, Massachusetts.  Even after York had his name changed a second time from Isa Al Haadi Al Mahdi to Malachi York, he also agreed and signed that his place of birth was Boston, Massachusetts. 

Even York's Probation Order has his name listed as "Dwight York".

 Below is York's United States PASSPORT, obtained after 1993, proving again that York was at ALL TIMES a United States Citizen.  Notice where it says he was born in the State of Massachusetts. 

 These legal document, debunks and puts to rest any notions that Dwight York wasn't his real name prior to legal name changes. 

 9) << The Birth Certificate was obtained by illegal means on July 3, 1945 A.D. by Mr. David Piper York who list himself as father in order to bring Mary and her newborn son named two names, "Isa Al Haddi Al Mahdi" by his father and Malachi Kobina York by his mother's side in Ghana and that is found on his real Birth Certificate issued in Ghana West Africa. So Mary Aba Okran "Mary C. York - Umm Fatima" was allowed to return to the West "America", from the East Africa with the newborn son in her arms. >>

There was no illegal birth certificate issued on July 3, 1945,  York's birth certificate was State issued and verified. On his birth certificate, you can clearly see that York was born at the family home on (162 Harold St. Boston, Massachusetts), his mother was an outpatient (a patient who receives medical treatment without being admitted to a hospital).

The birth was also witnessed by her doctor, Dr. L.S. Woodworth, and the information that was attested to was supplied by the mother (Mary C. York) on July 3, 1945 NOT David Piper York.  

Even York's older brother David Piper York Jr. attested to the birth being at home, not in Ghana, not in Sudan.

"...I was there when Isa came out of the womb watchin, I was trying to figure out what was going on why they wouldn't let me in the room, you know, I couldn't go in the room and the doctor was telling me tales this and that and I'm not even sure it was tales, because I couldn't go in the room, but I remember them telling me, when I heard him crying, I remember them telling me, a bird brought him..."

10) << She noticed that at the birth, the child did not cry, this child did not speak one sound or word until he was in the West and up until he was 4 years, 4 months and 4 days old. On that day he spoke his first words and sound, all around was amazed at what he had to say. >> 

This commentary is clearly untrue, nevertheless it's disturbing, it's an implication that York as an infant and toddler, suffered from mental, emotional and psychological issues.  Any child that doesn't speak a word, not even "a sound" for "4 years, 4 months and 4 days" is a sign of SM (Selective Mutism), a psychosis that's sometimes confused with Autism.  It's unrealistic and unreasonable to believe that this child "York", uttered not a sound, even crying, that contradicts York's brother David Piper York Jr. (Obaba Oyo's) statements that York cried at birth which constitutes as "uttering sounds".

"Experts say late speech development can lead to problems - like low academic achievement or mental health issues. They say that it takes lots of help and encouragement in order for children to learn how to talk."

"SM [Selective Mutism] can sometimes be confused with an autism spectrum disorder, especially if the child acts particularly withdrawn around his or her diagnostician, which can lead to incorrect treatment. Although autistic people may also be selectively mute, they often display other behaviors - hand flapping, repetitive behaviors, social isolation even among family members (not always answering to name, for example) that set them apart from a child with selective mutism."

Counting 9 months from October 1944 you stop at July 1945. This means if York's mother was pregnant the day she arrive in Egypt in October 1944 she would give birth in July for a normal 9 month pregnancy. York would have to be a premature baby and that's only if she was pregnant the day she arrive in Egypt by a stranger she didn’t know and while she had children in America, a 3-4 month old (Dale York) and a 4 year old son (David P. York Jr.).

So David Piper York out of the kindness of his heart, risks' being fined or arrested for paying for a phony State birth certificate to shelter a woman who left him and her babies to have another baby by a man in another country that she didn't know, she returns to America, he takes her back, only to have 2 more children?

We will debunk this claim once and for all. York is in no way related to any Sudanese Mahdi family members. That's a lie York has told over 30 years.  When you look back at the words of Malachi York, you'll find some interestingly inconsistent statements.  Below is a page from a book called, "The Constitution" or An Indigenous Peoples The United Nuwaubian Nation Of Moors" pg. 108, and on that page, York makes an interesting statement, he refers to Al Haadi Abdur Rahman Al Mahdi as his "SPIRITUAL FATHER".   

Here we have York referring to himself as the "SPIRITUAL SON"of Al Haddi Abdur Rahman Al Mahdi, not the true or biological son, the same man he calls his father earlier publications. The use of the term "spiritual son" or "spiritually related" denotes not being blood related as York once said he was (spiritually related) to Enki.

York makes a similarly odd comment regarding his mother.  Malachi York, believe it or not, writes that his mother was the wife of Abdul Haadi Al Mahdi, Sayyidah Raqiyah, and refers to his Fatimah Maryam as his "ADOPTED" mother.  

York with so many lies on this topic, must have forgotten about this.  The image below of York claiming his mother to be the wife of Abdul Haadi Al Mahdi, "Sayyidah Raqiyah" can be found on page 84 of The True Story Of Noah.  On page 89 he refers to Fatimah Maryam as his adopted mother, this is clear evidence that York was making up the whole Sudanese birth story.

York was a self professed savior, and that's on paper only.  The concept of a savior to York was one of a Jesus/god like character, looking for followers, a gimmick also used as a profit tool.

The above comment should ring alarm bells to those familiar with Schizophrenia.  York is speaking of himself in the third person about some space creatures who visited him as a child to talk about what's in various books in 2015-2017.  These made up characters York created like Yaanuwn, are part of the "19" personalities he claims are speaking to him.  These same fallacious space people informed York that he was cured from the disease of Hereditary Angeoadema, and one of these childhood extraterrestrial-buddies just so happened to have visited York while he was in jail, a creature York calls, "Crill".

 CONCLUSION:

Based on what's being told in the book "Actual Facts - The Supreme Beings, The Melanin-ite Race (Series No. 27)", it's contradictory, unverifiable, inconsistent, illogical, baseless and full of outright lies.  On the issue of York's name, "Malachi Kobina York", he had his name legally changed for a second time in 1993 to Malachi York, the Akan word Kwa/be/na or "Kobina" is used for a name given to a male child born on a Tuesday.

It's worth noting that, Ghanaians give names that relates to the day they were bore.  Their new day starts at the "Sunrise".  If York was truly born at 12AM, in Ghana, that would still be a Monday.  The word for Tuesday in Ghana is "Benada" and a male's name is "Kwabena/Kobina", however if York were born at midnight on a Tuesday, 1 minute after 11:59, he would have a male name for Monday which is Ɛdwoada, making his name something like "Kwado/Kojo", because again, the new day starts at the sunrise.

In Ghana and other African cultures, this directly affects the Akradin (souls-name) of people who are born in between midnight and sunrise.  For example, if one is born after midnight, yet before sunrise (e.g. 3:00AM), the new day has not not yet started.  If it was a Akwesida (Sunday) night, Dwooda (Monday) would not begin until the sunrise (e.g. 6:00AM).  The person having been born prior to the sunrise is thus recognized to have been born during the night of Akwesida (Sunday) and given the name Kwesi if male or Akosua if female. 

 The premise of the Nuwaupian narrative is based upon this affidavit by York's mother (written after York's incarceration), stating that York was born in Ghana, and never told the truth about his actual place of birth.  For years York has stated that "spirit beings" spoke thru him and guided his pen, and according to York, these beings informs him in corrections of history, linguistics, genealogy, etc. Yet, they failed to tell York where he was actually born! So now all credibility lies on York's mother (RIP), whom WASN'T the central figure of York's claim to fame. This is the reason why NOTHING York nor the Nuwaupians say is credible! Either York's spirit beings/Extraterrestrials are negligent of duty (if they deceived York they will deceive you) or York & Nuwaupians are willing to make York's mother into a lair.

This is the root of what's being presented in the Actual Facts - The Supreme Beings, The Melanin-ite Race (Series No. 27) booklet.  It's loaded with numerous errors, let's look at the obvious.

1. "I known as Mary C. York born March 10th 1926"

This could't be York's mother stating this, because she would know her own date of birth, but this documents has her claiming to have been born in 1926.  The book "Actual Facts - The Supreme Beings, The Melanin-ite Race (Series No. 27)" says she was born in 1929 

" Mary Aba Okran of 'Weslon Takoradi' the Western region of Ghana, West Africa. She belonged to the Akan clan of Sakondi, Takoradi, born in the year 1929 A.D. on March the 10th. "

Even the birth certificate of York says his mother's age on June 26, 1945 was 21.  She was born in 1924, making her 21 in 1945, if she was born in 1929, she would have been 19 years old in 1945, and York's birth certificate doesn't say that.  The truth of the matter, Mary C. York was born March 10th, 1924

2. "My son Malachi Kobina York was born brought to the United States of America one month after birth and in fact never received legal U.S.A. citizenship...not listing an actual place of delivery " 

The so-called fake birth certificate is dated 7 days later "July 3, 1945".  There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever supporting the claim that David Piper York paid for a fake birth certificate in 1945 in Boston.  It does't reason out that the Registrar of Vital Records and Statistic would risk loosing his job in falsifying Government documents from an unemployed "Colored" man in 1945.  As you can see on the document, there is also a witness, Dr. L.S. Woodworth, and was attested to by Mary C. York and the birth certificate does list the place of delivery, 162 Harold St. Boston, Massachusetts.

Even in the Federal Pre Sentencing Investigation Report on Malachi York, they listed his place of birth and date as June 26, 1945. It's facts like that that eliminates the deception being told by Nuwaupians.

3. "My true name is Mary Aba Ocran that is my Ghanaian name of my family...My true Ghanaian family name at birth is Mary Aba Ocran..."

If this were true, she would not have a name like Mary, being that she was born March 10, 1924 which fell on a Dwooda (Monday), then she would have a first name that reflects this, a name like Adwoa, Adwo, or Ejo for Monday.  Mary is not a Ghanaian female family name.

4. "My son son Malachi Kobina York was not made aware of these facts of his true birth records and place Takoradi, Ghana until I decided to come forth with his true family records...My son Malachi Kobina York was not made aware of his birthright, being born in his homeland, Takoradi, Ghana West Africa until he had become a man according to American law being after 18 to 21 years of age"

This too doesn't reason out.  Any and all talk of York being born in Ghana didn't come out until 2008, 4 years after York's conviction and sentencing to 135 years in prison.  Yet we are to accept as fact that York was told as far back as when York was in his early 20's (21), yet since the 1970's, York spoke and wrote of being born in Sudan, on Tuesday June 26, 1945, we have presented the documentation and statements from York affirming this.

Based on the irrefutable evidence presented in this article, it's an impossibility that York and his mother were born in Ghana West, Africa.  This lie regarding York's birth as you've seen, has shifted, and has been altered for many years, contradicting over and over.  The current shift is found in the pages of, "Actual Facts - The Supreme Beings, The Melanin-ite Race (Series No. 27)" booklet, to falsify and foster some illegitimate heritage to the people of Ghana west, Africa.

Final Points:

These claims of falsifying birth certificates or  "fake" documents, the fact is, it was York who was faking documents over the years.  York was even arrested for "Falsifying Federal Documents".  Here again is his Porbation document.

This was also mentioned in York's Pre Sentencing Investigation Report.

 Now we can see based on the evidence found in these primary sources that York not only gave the false narratives of being born in Sudan and Ghana, but also the one behind the fake birth certificate, but blaming his own father David Piper York for it.  Even the Liberian passport was a fake, using a jail photo as the passport photo.

David Piper York was not of any Yamassee tribe of Native Americans.  I think it's important to give a little background on who David Piper York Sr. was.  David P. York was born in Boston, Massachusetts on November 24, 1915 and died in Los Angeles, California in 1989.  David P. York was the son of William Everett York and Caroline H. Carrie Piper. York's father was an American Negro and not of any Native American tribe.  Below is the clearest evidence that David Piper York was born in New Bedford, Massaachusetts.
