Question: Ask The Nuwaupians, Will You Take The Nuwaupianism Challenge?
Answer: They'll be nervously currious.
For years now Nuwaupians have rejected the notion that their Teacher, Leader and Guide, a self professed extraterrestrial possessing "76 trillion years of knowledge"; Nuwaupians will shun the idea (no matter how much evidence has been presented) that "Dr." York was guilty of Plagiarism.
One of the most shamelessly blatant examples of York's theft of someone else's intellectual property (using someone's words from a lecture, a publication without a copyright or patent to just randomly stealing someone else's concepts). York would use whole lines and sentences from others and pass them off as his own ideas; which brings us to this challenge. Nuwaupians/Nuwaubians or any other misnomer they currently refer to themselves as, can you present just ONE example where Malachi York mentions, cites or acknowledges Earl Nightingale as the source of a motivational speech he (York) recorded years ago in Brooklyn, New York known as, "The Strangest Secret", a title York stole from Mr. Nightingale's motivational speech called, "The Strangest Secret in the World".
If Nuwaupians are confident enough, they can now end the nightmare that Nuwaupianism.com has caused them by presenting the documentation. If they can (and we know they can't), but if by some bizarre religious miracle, chant or spooky ritual they can, then I promise to do the following.
I Chuck Morgan, the principle writer of this website www.Nuwaupianism.com, shall remove ALL CONTENT, removing each and every article written on or about Malachi York from his doctrine to his court case and trial ONLY IF Nuwaupians/Nuwaubians/Sabeans can show evidence from a book, booklet, tract, leaflet, audio or video of Malachi York citing Earl Nightingale's The Strangest Secret in the World as the source of his (York's) audio recording, The Strangest Secret.
I mention 1990 because the plagiarized motivational speech York gave was recorded and released circa 1988-89, so to prevent any Nuwaupian escape routes from the burden of proof, or to eliminate any wiggle room, I ask that they show at least ONE example of York citing Earl Nightingale BEFORE he (York) was incarcerated in 2002, reason being; Nuwaupians are so deceptive that they would release a booklet in 2019 where THEY ARE mentioning the name Earl Nightingale, and simply say " "Dr. York mentioned him this year 2019 while we were on one of our prison visits see", and that's fallacy. Just show where York has EVER mentioned Earl Nightingale in print prior to the year of this challenge (2019) in a book, booklet, tract, leaflet, audio or video?
Nuwaupians and their supporters will chase any and all excuses in an effort to justify York's vividly crystal clear examples of plagiarism. From claims that "other people plagiarized from him" to "why didn't somebody sue Pops in court if it was plagiarism", comments like that are flawed excuses in reasoning, Straw man arguments that haven't worked, and never will.
Let's now compare Malachi York's words to that of Earl Nightingale to document and illustrate the painfully obvious theft of some's intellectual property.
"Some years ago, the late Nobel prize-winning Dr. Albert Schweitzer was asked by a reporter, 'Doctor, what’s wrong with men today?' The great doctor was silent a moment, and then he said, 'Men simply don’t think!' It’s about this that I want to talk with you. We live today in a golden age. This is an era that humanity has looked forward to, dreamed of, and worked toward for thousands of years. We live in the richest era that ever existed on the face of the earth... a land of abundant opportunity for everyone." -The Strangest Secret in the World: by Earl Nightingale 1956
"a question was put to me, what’s wrong with people today? and the answer, is quit simple, people simply don’t think! I want you to dwell on that one thought for a moment and apply it to you and your life. Think about it, and it’s about this that I want to talk with you today. We live in a time called golden age. This is an era that man has looked forward to, and have dreamed would come forth for centuries. (inaudible) We're in America, which is a particularly fortunate country the richest era that ever existed on the face of the earth … a land of abundant opportunity for everyone."
-Randon House Compact Unabridged Dictionary; 1995
ACCORDING TO THE MERRIAM-WEBSTER ONLINE DICTIONARY, TO "PLAGIARIZE" MEANS
to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own
to use (another's production) without crediting the source
to commit literary theft
to present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source
In other words, plagiarism is an act of fraud. It involves both stealing someone else's work and lying about it afterward.
CAN WORDS AND IDEAS REALLY BE STOLEN?
According to U.S. law, the answer is yes. The expression of original ideas is considered intellectual property and is protected by copyright laws, just like original inventions. Almost all forms of expression fall under copyright protection as long as they are recorded in some way (such as a book or a computer file).
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE CONSIDERED PLAGIARISM:
turning in someone else's work as your own
copying words or ideas from someone else without giving credit
failing to put a quotation in quotation marks
giving incorrect information about the source of a quotation
changing words but copying the sentence structure of a source without giving credit
copying so many words or ideas from a source that it makes up the majority of your work, whether you give credit or not (see our section on "fair use" rules)
Most cases of plagiarism can be avoided, however, by citing sources. Simply acknowledging that certain material has been borrowed and providing your audience with the information necessary to find that source is usually enough to prevent plagiarism.
TYPES OF PLAGIARISM
Plagiarism is not always a black and white issue. The boundary between plagiarism and research is often unclear. Learning to recognize the various forms of plagiarism, especially the more ambiguous ones, is an important step towards effective prevention.
The Plagiarism Spectrum was developed as a way to define and distinguish the common ways in which plagiarism can take form. The Spectrum makes these forms memorable by tagging the types with “Digital 2.0” monikers, a gesture that both acknowledges the role that the internet plays in instances of content copying and makes the types more meaningful for a generation of writers who are “digital natives.”
As part of the Plagiarism Spectrum project, a May 2012 survey of nearly 900 secondary and higher education instructors was also conducted to assess the frequency with which these types appear as well as the degree to which each type is problematic for instructors.
Each of the 10 most common types of plagiarism are defined below. The types are ranked in order of severity of intent.
#1. CLONE: Submitting another’s work, word-for-word, as one’s own.
#2. CTRL-C: Contains significant portions of text from a single source without alterations.
#3. FIND - REPLACE: Changing key words and phrases but retaining the essential content of the source.
#4. REMIX: Paraphrases from multiple sources, made to fit together.
#5. RECYCLE:Borrows generously from the writer’s previous work without citation.
#6. HYBRID: Combines perfectly cited sources with copied passages without citation.
#7. MASH-UP: Mixes copied material from multiple sources.
#8. 404 ERROR: Includes citations to non-existent or inaccurate information about sources.
#9. AGGREGATOR: Includes proper citation to sources but the paper contains almost no original work.
#10. RE-TWEET: Includes proper citation, but relies too closely on the text’s original wording and/or structure.
York was fully aware of the definitions for plagiarism yet he too no steps in separating his words and thoughts from the sources he copied material from. Re-writing someone else's comments or re-producing statements by a previous writer's intellectual property is plagiarism advertisements for the sales of material used by a plagiarist is NOT a citation or acknowledgement of direct lines lifted and used.
The following are York's critiques on plagiarisms of others.
"Let me explain, the first part of the bible which is the Torah was put together and re-constructed with PLAGIARIZED texts, with parts of the Enuma Elish and the Gilgamesh epics by Tammuz, (the Eloheem assigned to you) along with 46 other Anunnaqi. Tammuz did not create the Torah, he made it easy".
-The Degree of Christ-ism pg. 489
"The Constitution of the United States was plagiarized from the Iroquois Kayanesha Kowa...by Thomas Pain"
-Let's Set The Record Straight! Scroll #360 page 65
"Yes the Qur'aan was copied from the New Testament, The Torah, and they were plagiarized from the Enuma Elish and other ancient books like the Gilgamesh Epics, Ishtar and Tammuz..."
-The Religion, Islam ~ Unmasked!!! page 181
"...Then you have the so-called Black Jews, Hebrew Israelites, and the Israeli Church or whatever sect you call yourselves: And you follow the "Old Testament", which has been plagiarized from the original tablets, such as the Enuma Elish and the Gilgamesh Epics. 360 Questions to ask the Israeli Church, Both of these so-called holy books [Bible and Koran] that you hold in your hand today, were plagiarized and taken from ancient tablets such as the Enuma Elish (which can be found in The Holy Tablets), as a guide for you by Tammuz, one of the Eloheem (Elo-Heem, Aramic/Hebrew—these beings) assigned to you. The text was manipulated and used to help enforce the Spell of Kingu. Thus, the scriptures that you hold in your hand today are not divinely inspired (and are spellbinding).
-The Bride of Christ
"...While on the subject of plagiarism, the Ten Commandments of Exodus 20:1-19 were taken from the ancient Egyptian Book of the Dead, "Declaration of Innocence Before the Neteru of the Tribunal. While Jews have recorded in their bible that the Egyptians were pagans, they were busy stealing their culture."
-Ancient Egypt and the Pharaohs pg. 4
"...As these different tribes invaded Egypt, such as the Armenians, Ashurians called Chaldeans who crossed over from the Tigris Euphrates who were called Jews in the bible, plagiarized documents from the Sumerians and Phoenicians with names and stories slightly altered to give a nomadic wandering cursed seed race, an identity even to the point of referring to them selves as "God's Chosen."
-Paa Ashutaat pg. 17
Earlier I mentioned the rhetoric and pseudo notion of York possessing "76 trillion years of knowledge", for the sake of clarity, York took that from someone else as well, from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
Example 1:
In the book Theology of Time by Elijah Muhammad, Mr. Muhammad writes,
"according to the teachings of Allah to me, was something around about 76 trillion years ago...I might get tangled up. It was 76 trillion years ago, when these things took place..."
-The Theology of Time: The Secret of Time by Elijah Muhammad page 131
Example 2:
"...He said, a record has been kept, it dates 76 trillion years. These years (76 trillion) were divided into periods of six trillion years beyond 66 trillion which would make the said figure 76 be 78, instead of 76 trillion..."
-Our Savior Has Arrived By Elijah Muhammad page 96
Certainly there's plenty of other examples of York taking Mr. Muhammad's words and flipping them to bait members of the Nation of Islam, to join York's religious cult, refer to York's spin on the Yacub story and the dog cat and rat.

Most, if not all of the Latter-Day Nuwaupians will credit York as the "man" who first coined the word "Nuwaubu/Nuwaup" subsequently becoming the ethnonyms Nuwaubian/Nuwaupian, again, for the sake of clarity that too in York's case was lifted from a name on a Reggae 45 record recording from 1974, and no Ted Powell was not Malachi York.
York tells you what Right Knowledge is, "...right knowledge is called Nuwaubu [Nuwaupu]..." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hi-Ub2SDdK8 but as you may have already guessed, "right knowledge" was a description York took from yet another source, The Brahmavadin Vol. 7.
"...Avidya could be got rid of by right knowledge of the world and of life as they are, and there is no need for the knowledge of the soul, as it is in itself, to attain that object, nor is the right knowledge of Universal Reason or God essential for achieving the object of existence...A right knowledge of the real and permanent soul includes also the right knowledge of the Universal Soul or God..."
-The Brahmavadin Vol. 7 pg. 350
Any true student or ex-student of York would immediately recognize the use of Indian or Hindu philosophy that York incorporated into his doctrine over the years, yet simultaneously disparaging as well as marginalizing Indian or Hindu thought I.e. religious philosophy.
Finally, as a means of clarity and transparency, it should be noted that one sect of the Nuwaupian cult which feels it's superior to the various other denominations of Nuwaupians/Nuwaubians, have adopted a new ethnonym, referring to their branch of the York cult "Sabeans", but what's funny about it is, it demonstrates their departure from York's stance on the name Nuwaupian, because York wrote,
"...Nuwaupian was a name that gives woolly haired people their celestial origin, and ancestral origin. Hence, Ethiopians, Nubians, Moors, Africans were the BEST all around names OF IDENTIFICATION for mentally resurrected woolly haired people, UNTIL NUWAUPU by power of nine ether gave us OUR NEW-CYCLE NAME for the NEXT 25,000 YEARS, NUWAUPIAN..."
-Malachi York: The Black Book part 2 pg. 187
Obviously 25,000 years hasn't gone by since York first started referring to his members as Nuwaubians/Nuwaupians circa 1995, but apparently one sect of the York cult may have jumped the gun. The reality is this, they are in desperation for new members, and because the founder Malachi York's name is synonymous with child molestation, pedophilia and coning his followers, the name change from Nuwaupian to Sabean is designed to hide the filth associated with the name York/Nuwaupian, this is the typical behavior patterns of cults that have been exposed.
Maybe the cult could be taken serious and respected if they reject the York Pseudology, educate themselves and set up a Boniface study groups centered on actually educating the public, as opposed to parroting York or making up nonsensical religious mythos. York used to say, "don't believe me, check it out", well we have checked it and him out and as you can see it's not a pretty picture.
Take heed to the words of the great Elder Professor Cheikh Anta Diop;
"...It bothers me when someone takes me on my word without developing a means of verifying what I say..."
-Cheikh Anta Diop
So Nuwaubians/Nuwaupians/Sabeans/Idiots, take the challenge; do you feel lucky? Take a chance and prove Nuwaupianism.com wrong (something you will not be able to do so you might as well forget it), but take a chance anyway, do it for Elder Malachi York...if you dare. This is just the beginning, I may do more of these challenges, don't even let me start on York's plagiarizing of James Hurtak's work.
Example:
