Question: Ask The Nuwaupians did you know your teacher sexually abused children, girls and boys? Part 1

Answer: That's not true, Doc was set up by the powers that be!

Many of York's followers, fans, and supporters who take that position, are doing so out of pure ignorance, because they have never listened to the testimonies by the victims, saw the evidence entered, or witnessed what the Jury witnessed during trial.  Nuwaupian will have everyone believe York's trial was closed to the public.  This is false.  York's trial was open to the public for as many as could fill the gallery seating.  Nuwaupians use the fact of the gallery seating in the actual court room itself was closed off, but a separate courtroom was set aside for the public to view the entire trial on close circuit TV in real time.  The public witnessed everything that took place in the courtroom with the exception of the faces of the jurors.

The following are (Trail Notes) taken from public viewing in the Public Gallery. It was open to all and there were 30-50 people watching the trial in real time and they took very good notes, most being current and former Nuwaupians.

Salaam Laroche, being questioned under direct examination

Q. Where would he be when he would  do that?
Salaam Laroche: walking around outside, in front of the trailer.
Q. who did you know Mr. York to be?
Salaam Laroche: I thought he had special powers.  But that's what all the kids were saying.
Q. Where was York living when you first arrived at Kodesh?
Salaam Laroche: He was living in a trailer down near House 100.
Q. Did there come a time when Mr. York began to behave in a sexual manner towards you?
Salaam Laroche: Yes
Q. And what is the first incident?
Salaam Laroche: It was in one of the mobile home houses up top of the hill.  And I was walking by, and he called me over and asked me did I want a girlfriend, but I thought he was going to hook me up with one of the girls my age.  Then he told me to come to his studio.  And  Khadiyjah was there and that's when he told me to take off my clothes, and she performed oral sex, and he was right next to me, and TOUCHED ME and he said, "DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT, IT'S NOT GAY." But I was nervous and I didn't know what you do.  And then she performed oral sex on me.
Q. How old were you?
Salaam Laroche: I was 13.
Q. And what studio was this?
Salaam Laroche: His studio.
Q. Was anyone other than Khadiyjah, Mr. York and you in the studio?
Salaam Laroche: No.
Q. Did Mr. York only stand next to you, or did he do anything to you during that incident?
Salaam Laroche: He sat next to me and he was touching me and he told me to touch HIS PENIS, so I did it.  And I think that was it.  But that was the first incident.
Q. What's the next incident you recall between Mr. York?
Salaam Laroche: I know it was in the same mobile home and he asked me to perform ORAL SEX ON HIM.
Q. And what what did you do?
Salaam Laroche: I did it, but I didn't know what I was doing, so I guess he had Khadiyjah show me, like she performed oral sex on me.
Q. And were you still 13 at this time?
Salaam Laroche: I was still 13.  But this all happened like within a month, then a month afterward, two months after.
Q. Did Mr. York ever move from the trailer?
Salaam Laroche: Yes.
Q. And when he moved from the trailer, where did he move to?
Salaam Laroche: He moved to the house that the brothers built for him down next to House 100.
Q. And did any sexual acts between Mr. York and you happen in that house?
Salaam Laroche: Yes.
Q. How did you get to his house?
Salaam Laroche: He had Khadiyjah come get me.
Q. And when Khadiyjah came to get you, did she tell you where she was taking you?
Salaam Laroche: No.
Q. And what happened when you got to his house?
Salaam Laroche: I sat there, and I guess Khadiyjah was waiting for York.  And then he came, and then we went in a room, and she performed oral sex, and then she had this little white thing, but I didn't know what was it.  It was a skinny little white thing.  And as she was performing oral sex, she would point her fingers.  She was trying to open my anus and she was trying to tell me to relax, it's not going to hurt. And York was there, but he was playing with himself while she was doing that.  And then he told me to perform oral sex on him.  And then he had sex with Khadiyjah.  And I don't remember what happened after that.
Q. Tell the jury about the time when he tried to perform ANAL sex on you.
Salaam Laroche: He told me to relax, and I couldn't.  I mean, I never had that done to me, so it was like I didn't know what was going on.  But he tried to penetrate my anus.  He tried to put it in but could't go all the way in.  I mean, it never actually went in, but it couldn't go in because I guess I wasn't relaxed because every time he tried, it kept, getting tight and hurt, so I was just nervous but it never actually went all the way in.
Q. Do you know if he put any liquid on you or his penis?
Salaam Laroche: Yes. Baby oil.
Q. Do you know Issa Johnson?
Salaam Laroche: Yes.
Q. Did you see Mr. York engage in any sex acts with Issa Johnson?

Salaam Laroche: Yes.  There was this one incident in York's house where he had me and Issa there, and Khadiyjah was performing oral sex on me, and Issa was performing oral sex on York.  And York actually had anal sex with Issa, and I was standing right there, but he tried it with me, but he never went all the way in.

Q. How did you react when you saw it?
Salaam Laroche: I didn't know that stuff like that could happen.  I was just shocked. He was younger than me too.
Q. How old was Issa?
Salaam Laroche: I think he between 9 and 11.  I can't recall the age, but I know he was not a teen yet.

The testimony from Salaam Laroche corroborates the testimonies of other victims including Issa Johnson, York's wife's son at the time, these are the facts that the Nuwaupian cult members have been hiding.  All of the Nuwaupians who witnessed the trial heard these same words. There's much more that will be presented on the website.

Below are Salaam Laroche, Issa Johnson and other females who were listed as victims.  Some were brave enough to speak out during York's trial and some built up enough courage to speak out now that they are older.  Khadiyjah was listed as a co-defendant in York's state case and agreed to an Alford Plea.  All of them have gone through pain and worked on themselves to heal.  Issa Johnson wrote a poem expressing his pain and suffering and his poem opened the doors for the others to be more vocal and in the process, heal even more.  Respect is given.
