Question: Ask The Nuwaupians, is Malachi York A Liberian Diplomat Fact Or Fiction?
Answer: It's the same old lie from 2004 being recycled.
The latest con game is in fact an old scam by York, claiming to be a Liberian diplomat. Many aren't aware or have forgotten that York has been pushing the Liberian claims since 2004, and with the creation of the website called www.officialnaia.com the (Nuwaupian Administration of International Affairs) which is now dysfunctional, was spearheaded by Richelle York, which promoted York's Liberian appointment documentation from Liberia as a Diplomat has been widely circulated. This was made known online on websites, pamphlets, press releases, and in July of 2004 a Judicial Notice was filed in the Middle District Court, Macon GA. Press packets were published and circulated as far as back 2004 as well which included copies of said documentation. In spite all of this, none of the necessary and critical documentation exists in relation to Diplomatic Immunity as outlined above. All of the information and claims presented in the former websites and press packages et al. have absolutely no standing or merit in York's legal case.
Liberia did NOT fulfill the requirements of the Vienna Conventions and the United States never consented to York's mission or function as a Diplomat or Consular General and did not consent to the property at 404 Shady dale Rd or 155 Mansfield Ct as a Liberian Embassy, Consulate Post, or Post Annex. This is the reason why there's been no effective action on behalf of York.
Richelle York, real name "Richelle Davis" (who is NOT a York daughter), was the person Malachi York used to get the lie out and look convincing. York being a Liberian Diplomat was NEVER brought up in his pre-trial, none of the hearings nor his trial. It was an after thought that came shortly after his sentencing to 135 years in Federal prison. In spite of that fact, Nuwaupians are back at it seeking to steal from Nuwaupians again by using this outdated and well debunked lie. The following is one of the fliers that Richelle Davis promoted and the administration distributed to Nuwaupians on the direction of Malachi York, a scam to generate funds that to this day has not been accounted for.
Anyone can call the Liberian Embassy in Washington D.C. and simply ask if York is or was a functioning Liberian Diplomat.

Nuwaupianism.com was supplied a letter addressed and given to Malachi York and Richelle York concerning the Liberian question, conflicts and errors. Neither she nor York responded, for obvious reasons.
But before you read on, it's important to hear what Dr. York says regarding his so-called diplomatic immunities, his cousult headquarters, those protected under his so-called diplomatic ammunities and those annexed counsulet offices in Georgia e.g. Eatonton and Athens.

The concerns expressed fell on deaf ears, and as a result, York lost his land, house, and a possible transfer as a "persona non grata" . The information in the above letter TOTALLY destroys York's and the Nuwaupian's position of he being a Liberian Diplomat. York was NOT a recognized functioning Liberian Diplomat. None of the required steps and procedures were followed by the Liberian Government. York is at best holding an "honorary tittle" which is nothing more than putting on a hat and receiving a nod of recognition. Former President of Liberia Charles Taylor, who like York is in prison for life, may have played a bad joke on York, because certainly he knew all the steps that should have been taken if he seriously wanted to appoint Malachi York as a Counsel General or Liberian Diplomat.
These requirements were NEVER met. Nothing from the U.S. State Department has Malachi York listed as a Liberian diplomat. The Liberian Embassy in Washington D.C. does NOT have Malachi York listed as a Liberian Diplomat. Neither York nor his followers have ANYTHING to stand on regarding the Liberian Diplomat issue, therefore all the MONEY that people were or are giving is in vain and going into someone else's bank, purse or wallets.
The following is a list of funds that Richelle York presented to everyone at one of the meetings back in Sept 2004 where close to TWO MILLION DOLLARS was spent on attempting to free Malachi York. Keep in mind that this money was collected, donated and solicited from members, the general public etc.. just as they are at it again.
As you can see, back then it was already over a million dollars spent on York's legal cases.
So imagine, 10 years has gone by and now in 2014 imagine how much has been spent. With all this money being paid to American and later Liberian attorneys to defend and or free York, it yielded poor results, and for them to try the old Liberian Diplomatic immunity gimmick it's an insult to not just Nuwaupians, but to those people who trust these individuals who sincerely give out of concern and love of York and they are being robbed.
There were questions asked by the Nuwaupians of the Shriners order in their temple, for example,
- Why after Richelle was instructed to take down her Liberian Embassy of Athens website by Francis Garlawalu (Alvin Brookshire can attest to this fact) did she resurrect a missionary website when she knew based on conversations with the FBI in reference to her employment at the Consulate Post in Athens that setting up fake Embassy’s and Consulate Posts is illegal?
The brothers refused to take proper actions based on the questions and concerns. They covered it up and sided with Richelle. Keep in mind that Richelle was doing this on instructions from York.
One of the scam artist pushing this lie that York is a Liberian Diplomat, is a former teacher of York from the old Brooklyn Ansaar days, Akhyil"who now calls himself "Seneferu Sen Huni" who back in January 2013 wrote the following about Richelle York, dismissing her and the whole Liberian Diplomat idea.
That's what he wrote in January 2013, how was she working against York when York was behind it all along as he is now. He says that "he [York] gave her something to do and played along until she burnt out", now that she's out of the picture, what excuse are they using now to justify the Liberian con? Is York playing along until Seneferu Sen Huni, Raymond Hills and others burn out when the get money from Nuwaupians and those unfamiliar with the past? Seneferu made the earlier comments in the "USA VS. YORK" Facebook group, but he must have forgotten about it because in July 2014 he says the following about the Liberian issue on video.
One of the main back and forth problems with the Liberian issue is you have people who are afraid to realize that York is promoting and behind the claim. This presents a problem for people who want to appear loyal to York but at the same time has investigated Liberian diplomat issue and found it to be "bogus" in their words. So instead of admitting that York is pushing something that's "bogus" as they say, they would rather blame it on others and even call them co-intel pro agents etc. That kind of mentality is problematic, they being Nuwaubianfacts.com.
For Nuwaupians that website is or was the go to site for the current information on the York conspiracy and "facts" of his case/trial, but after they demonstrated their skepticism of York being a Liberian diplomat, they are now considered "agents". Harkuf Kefa Atun Re did a good job investigating and pulling out the lies, but they don't want to admit that it was York himself is behind the whole game of he being a Liberian Diplomat. Again, this is an old scam and because so many have walked away and abandoned York's group, there are new and younger people that are not familiar with this money scam, and may fall victim to it, so I encourage any and all to spread the word and question these scam artist publicly and have them verify, corroborate and prove that York is truly a "Liberian Diplomat", something that has never need proven.
