Question: Ask The Nuwaupians, What About That Petition To Pardon Malachi York"
Answer: They believe that York will be pardoned and released to go to Liberia and live out his days in peace.
Currently, the Nuwaupian cult is active, due in part to a petition drafted by Malachi York's latest attorney, a quasi-Nuwaupian named Victoria E. Broussard.
The petition is to be delivered to President Barack Obama in a hope to have York receive a Presidential pardon from his multiple past crimes of transporting minors across state lines for the purpose of unlawful sexual activity and money structuring. York's new attorney asserts on her webpage that,
"The nonprofit will serve as a conduit for comprehensive 'out of the box' treatment for survivors, CONVICTED PEDOPHILES, and those struggling with thoughts of committing sex crimes against children. It will aid in restoring survivors whose lives have been stifled and forever changed by childhood sexual abuse..."

She even insults York's victims with the intent of having York himself, an admitted serial child molester, work side by side with her in her organization. She's affiliated with the Nuwaupian cult and she's engaged to a Nuwaupian cult member, but that not with standing, she purports to treat convicted pedophiles and the victims of child molesters with York himself as one of her counselors if York is pardoned.
"When pardoned, Mr. York will work diligently alongside his attorney in her non-profit organization, B'yond The Unveiling, which is dedicated to the pursuit of eradicating childhood sexual abuse to make a difference in the lives of survivors as well as incarcerated pedophiles who want to change."
-Victoria E. Broussard (Petition)
Her above comment adds salt and vinegar to the wounds of York's victims, of which two of them are unable to bear children themselves because of York neglecting them in receiving medical care.
A parent of one of York's victims wrote on Miss Broussard's YouTube video,
The word "innocence" does not belong in any sentence or phrase with Malachi York. He is guilty as convicted, and securely isolated, this way it prevents him from molesting children. To think that he should be released, and worse yet, work along side anyone to allegedly help victims of sexual abuse, is totally pathetic. Will he start with all those he sexually abused? Is he offering these victims an apology, say he's sorry for what he did to them? How could he possibly work with any victims of child abuse, and NOT address what he did? If one is not repentant of ill deeds that are done, how could they offer help to victims of the same crime he perpetrated?
The Petition: (Rebuttal)
<< Dr. York is 71 years old suffering in his innocence from Angioedema, a life threatening illness and high blood pressure, while serving a 135 year sentence in Supermax, ADX in Florence, Colorado. >>
It's important to note that Malachi York pled guilty to both Federal and State charges. The Federal guilty plea was rejected and subsequently York was found guilty on counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, three on structuring cash transactions to evade currency, three counts of transporting minors in interstate commerce for unlawful sexual activity, one count of travel in interstate commerce to engage in unlawful sexual activity with minors, one count of unlawful transport of minors-forfeiture. Additionally, Malachi York still has a state guilty plea of over 40 counts of child molestation that he to this day has not taken back. He's in the Colorado, Supermax prison because of disciplinary actions. There's a level of deception on the part of attorney Broussard for not informing the readers of these realities. Each count has a set amount of months that the convict is to serve, totaling 1,620 months or 135 years.
<< He is a Liberian Diplomat who was born in Ghana and wishes to live out the remainder of his days in Africa. President Obama and Change.org hold the unique power to free him, which will change the lives of all effected by his unbelievable incarceration, along with those who will learn from his passion to help and heal others. >>

"...I was there when Isa came out of the womb watching, I was trying to figure out what was going on why they wouldn't let me in the room, you know, I couldn't go in the room...but I remember them telling me when I heard him crying, I remember them telling me, that a bird brought him, I'll never forget that story, cuz the doctor said yeah a bird brought him and left him on the roof, and our house had a slop like this, so I had a problem that..."

York's claims of being a Liberian diplomat is another lie he started AFTER his trial and conviction. Throughout his trial, York claimed to be a sovereign Moor, a Yamassee Native American chief and a Rabbi in a Christian church, after those claims all failed and he was convicted, after the conviction, he claimed to be a Liberian diplomat.
Upon York's arrest, he never spoke of Liberia and has to this day never shown any proof of the Liberian claim, in fact, the passport York claimed to be his, was presented on a website called, NAIA (Nuwaupian Administration of International Affairs) headed by York the then spokes person, Rochelle Davis.
The passport photo and number (D/003828-04), has a photo of York taken in a jail. In addition, York has never produced any documentation from the country of Liberia, not even the important document known as an "exequatar".
"there was no evidence that he was carrying out his duties as such consul as at then or until he was arrested by the United States authorities. Moreover, there is no evidence that he was issued an exequatur."
"the Plaintiff surreptitiously and fraudulently obtained Liberia Diplomatic Passport NO. 003828 out of his prison cell as there was no evidence of issue of such passport by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Defendant. She further posited that the passport was not renewed by the Government of Liberia under Ellen Johnson Sirleaf as claimed by the Plaintiff"
<< Dr. York authored over 400 books, speaks 19 languages, was a teacher and lecturer from 1970 until his incarceration in 2002, and translated The Torah, Psalms, The Book Of Revelation, The Book Of the Dead and Qur'an from their original languages. >>
York had an office personnel of young women and teens who worked multiple shifts, they were the true authors of York's publications. The number "400", is a bit of a stretch unless you include books that were revised on several occasions, books re-released with different covers and titles. Publications released by other authors, but with a new cover and size, books that were re-released with an additional 5-6 pages, religious books currently in circulation with the exceptions of having York's commentaries as footnotes with his interpretations, as well as massive amounts of plagiarized material from other writers. If that's eliminated, the number falls from 400 drastically.
His lectures were held in his religious establishments, with questions taken from people new to his theology and/or followers, but never has York traveled to independent locations to give lectures e.g. Collage campuses, University peer review groups, or any other non Nuwaupian venue.
York has never demonstrated any ability to read, write nor speak 19 languages, it's a self proclaimed notion and believed by York's followers.
York has claimed to be an extraterrestrial being with 76 trillion years of knowledge having the ability to heal the sick, bringing forth a "sacred ash", and that people we healed by simply touching his garments. York has stated in his publications that he has even traveled in space as a passenger on the space ship called Nibiru, none of the above claims by York has ever been proven.
<< He is the only teacher known to build a distinct land, "Egipt of The West" called Tama-re, that was located in Eatonton, Georgia, for those dedicated to living for, of, and by one another in love and unity. >>
York used the labor of followers within his cult, working for free for months. There's others in America who's built Egyptian styled buildings or with pyramids. The land in question, "Tama-Re" or "Egipt of the West", had families separated, men segregated from women, husbands living separate from their children as well as mothers separated from their children, many of those separated were sexually molested by York for years. The men lived in a dirty cramped 2 floored building shaped like a barn. The men who didn't manage a York store in Atlanta or Athens, had to work on the land, without pay, as a result, Nuwaupian men resorted to "panhandle" or begging for money from other cult members and followers who would frequent the York property on weekends and special events. At times these men would secretly sell their personal rare books and tapes to get money, while York himself lived lavishly in a special part of the "land" as well as his second home, a mansion in Athens, GA.
Those living on the land did not have health, dental, life or burial insurance, but worked sometimes 15 hours straight without pay and an in antiquate intake of nutritional food.
<< Now, conceptualized in the practice of Wu-Nuwaup. >>
Which is an innovative relabeling of a 1990 doctrine label of the York religion called, "Nuwaubu".
<< After being imprisoned for fifteen years and going through numerous attorneys, he lost all hope of freedom, until he read, i-Comfortable Victim, a book written by his attorney about her journey of learning to live well with the truth of her life being a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. Dr. York was moved by her triumphant journey and inspired to reach out to her to understand the pain experienced by victims of this type of crime. >>
York's actions placed him in prison. York sexually abused many underaged teens and a child that was as young a 4. He refused to testify in his own defense after years of telling his followers all about law and how to deal with judges etc..
For York to have an interest in the survivors of child sexual abuse is absurdity. For over 15 years, he's claimed to have never molested any children, yet he plead guilty to over 40 counts as a result of his medical blood work which showed that he has the Herpes Simplex 2 disease, as did 2 other minors. This resulted in the 2003 state guilty plea at the recommendations of his legal counsel. York has never shown any remorse for what he's done to the children of his followers and friends and to this day refuses to admit to his sex crimes.
One would have to question the motives of any attorney let alone a female attorney who's claimed to be an advocate for victims of child sexual abuse who has not reached out to York's victims, yet she embraces and supports the convict York as if he's an innocent victim and that those who were sexually abused are the guilty parties, it's nonsensical at it's core.
Adding insult to injury, this has to be by far the hardest slap in the face of the sexually abused victims of York. It's equal to having wounded sheep guarded by a blood-thirsty hungry wolf, and his attorney Miss Victoria Broussard should be ashamed of herself.
<< This is an area that has been too long ignored and Mr. York wants to use what he now knows to bring much needed change. >>
<< Mr. York also wishes to help restore Liberia, which was been torn apart by years of brutal civil wars by bringing hundreds of his followers committed to moving to Liberia to bring sustainable economic change and needed medical and education assistance to the least developed nation in Africa. >>
This rings of the old Jim Jones cult who left America with the cult leader for another country, and we know what happened as a result. York claimed to be a Liberian diplomat AFTER he was convicted and sentenced to 135 years in prison, prior to that, while free, he has never traveled to Liberia, nor has he ever shown any proof of ever being in the country, so as a convicted criminal, would the country of Liberia really accept a man whose plead guilty to over 40 counts of child sexual abuse? A man who believes himself to be from another planet and not under the laws and morals of the people of earth bring his way of life and lack of good moral character to Liberia for any reason, the answer isn't hard to determine.
As a Federal inmate all our children are protected from York, to have him pardoned or released would be a danger to public safety and to the safety of the victims and witnesses who testified against York. To seek the freedom of an admitted career child sexual abuser, would be irresponsible and dangerous. With York in another country, would place the safety of children of Liberia in jeopardy.
-Malachi York: Does God Exist According To Our Time? (audio)
There are no benefits to York being released from prison, accept to the cheers of other pedophiles and child sexual abusers. His long early career in crime, exploitation of members in his cult, low moral character, decades of lies, banking crimes and sexual abuses makes York a depraved character whose life is better left in a cell. He could't control himself when he was free, molesting children, boys and girls with ease, he must remain incarcerated as a matter of public safety.
<< The knowledge he possesses and has shared through the years is well documented and is only just now being promoted to the masses on the History Channel, which is a clear indicator that whatever is in his mind needs to be shared with the world and the only way that can happen is if he is released from prison. >>
In 2003 at his pretrial hearing, on the recommendation of his legal counsel, York went through a forensic psychological evaluation, the test concluded in part that York suffers from Clinical Syndrome of Delusional (Paranoid) Disorder, Generalized anxiety disorder, adjustment disorder with depressed mood and Axis II - personality disorders; histrionic personality traits, and schizotypal personality features. But from reading many of York's publications, this should be of no surprise.
