This article is designed to critique, scrutinize and DEBUNK a false narrative perpetuated by Malachi York from a lecture he gave to his student-teachers in 1999 on 404 Shady Dale Rd. in Eatonton, Georgia, inside his so-called "Solomon's Temple" regarding the Pharaoh AmunHotep IV (4) , who became ruler in 1353-1336 BC the son of Amunhotep III, and his claims that the Pharaoh Akhenaten was a Hermaphrodite and a Homosexual.

This fairy tale as told by Malachi York begins with a distorted and very delusional viewpoint of the 18th dynasty nswt bity (King) AmunHotep IV (4) better known as Akhenaten, and Akhenaten's sexuality (I'll refer to him as Akhenaten from this point forward).

Akhenaten comes to the throne after possibly the wealthiest periods in Nykemet (Egyptian) history. By year 3 he builds a temple to the sun disk "Aten", moving completely away from the traditional deity "Ra" or "Re". By year 5, there's a proclamation to find a new city, by year 8 the new city is built, by year 9 the deities of old exiled or banned during a colossal removal of their names from traditional monuments. Year 12, was the highest point of his reign, and by year 17 he dies. So in 15 years there's a huge cultural revolution imposed on Remetch (Egyptian people). But curiously, NO mention of homosexuality in regards to the Remetch (Egyptian people). After his death, his monuments were dismantled, and hidden, his statues were destroyed, and his name excluded from the Nykemet (Egyptian) Kings List.

Let's make this point crystal clear, Malachi York has NEVER, not even once demonstrated any ability to read the Egyptian language or to utilize the written Egyptian language called Sesh Medew Netcher. Therefore it's important to stress this point before you read York's comments below.

The following claims, interpretations and explanations from Malachi York, are solely his, they're less than amateurish, and demonstrates how clueless he was regarding /r n(y)/ kmt Ranykemet (spoken Egyptian language) and Sesh Medew Netcher (written Egyptian Language).

Again, there is NO ancient Egyptian sexual ritual involving AkhenAten, NO stories of he being a Jealous HOMOSEXUAL, nor of he being a Hermaphrodite, it's PSEUDO. York's words are lengthy in the above, however, key commentaries must be addressed, especially those that hold a similarity to the testimony of some of York's victims as to why York was sexually molesting them, but before we start, keep in mind the comments below from York regading evidence.

A. AnhenAten Was a Hermaphrodite:

This is false, in fact as we listen to York, it's clear that he's making this up. There are no Egyptian primary sources, neither does York cite any to substantiate this bogus claim. York is fooling his followers with the "it looks like" Pseudo scholarship. As stated, Akhenaten was never known to be a homosexual nor a hermaphrodite; another question to ask a Nuwaupian is, cite any Egyptian document that mentions or shows a Sesh Medew Netcher sign for homosexuality in conjunction with AnkhAmun/Akhenaten.

There are NONE, in fact, Ankenaten had a wife and children, unless York believes that a homosexual male can be a father of children just as any heterosexual can, which would mean that although he's the father of over 100 sons and daughters, he also engaged in homosexual acts with minors in his Nuwaupian cult, putting an end to the weak argument that Nuwaupians have stated of York having had several wives and children, in some way (to them) would disqualify any notions of York participating in homosexual acts.

Nefertiti is also seen with Akhenaten, along with their children, suggesting that she enjoyed an unusual status for a Queen Mother. So York's narrative of Akhenaten's life being that of a homosexual/Hermaphrodite intimidated by an Obelisk as a penis, is simply stupid. It's a pseudo-archaeological approach at desecrating the memory of the 18th dynasty king Ankenaten. As an irony, York's distorted vision of Ankenaten appears to reflect his own inadequacies and shortcomings as a father who IS a bisexual male hiding that fact from his followers and the general public. While lecturing on this fallacious argument regarding Ankenaten, York states the following.

The above quote is very important and should have also been used at York's trial. Its similar to the testimonies of a couple of York's victims who testified of York's man/boy sex as not being homosexual, and shouldn't be viewed as such.

That also connects to what York said in the Solomon's Temple lecture,

Take the above and match it with Salaam Laroche's testimony, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see the connection.

As you can see with Salaam's testimony, it's similar to York's statements to his followers regarding a mystery Egyptian sex ritual and how it's not seen as Gay from his perspective. Another victim Khalid Eddington spoke on this as well at the trial.

The sexual deviant behavior of York caused his victims to commit sexual depravity on other members, meaning, York said that as part of the ritual, it was a "Covenant" and that "they left there as Gods" and all went off into a sacred Priesthood performing the same rituals.

This is Pseudo, Ankenaten's wife Nefertiti was NEVER referred to as the "hand of god", and it's not documented that she performed masturbation on Ankenaten as part of a ritual.

Again, these are York's claims to his followers. We do see similarities in the accounts of his victims who performed sex acts on York in the presence of other minors, designed to stimulate York, something designed to incriminate the victims in the process, having them masturbate one another, or perform Fellatio on him, resulting in the crime of child molestation, from one on one sex to full out orgies.

The Min mentioned here, has no connection to the twisted tales York continues to spin. Min was an ancient anthropomorphic deity of Fertility. There is no "Holy of Holies" references in conjunction with Min. This is simply another attempt on York's part to captivate his audience by citing various deities, with zero historical context. York's basic methodology is the, "Because It Looks-Like" methodology, which is a Pseudo-Science. In his narrative of this sexual ritual, York is literally all over the place. He's conflates unrelated Egyptian stories with his twisted homosexual ideology.

In reading York's words, you see how he deceived his followers into believing that an old Kemety (Egyptian) symbolic story of creation, was instead the beginnings of an ancient Gay sexual union. York literally says that,

And what would happen is, he would spread his legs, penis is erected, he's lying this way, his wife would lead the temple with the high Priest as women, after he's erected and they had these Priest, they would straddle his penis."

This is false, for some unknown reason, if for no other reason, it's GEB not NUT laying on the ground with the erected phallus, this particular image is a creation myth, not a homosexual ritual. York is conflating the creation myth featuring Geb/Nut/Shu/Tefnut, with that of a homosexual ritual. Even mentioning Nefertiti as the "hand of God" which brings the male to an erection. Below in the image provided, we see the Goddess Nut (sky) above Geb (Earth) in the reclining position, others has Shu (air) standing with the ram-headed deities on either side. Nothing about Nefertiti, nothing about Ankenaten, so York is clearly seeking to deceive.

The commentaries given in 1999 at the lecture in the Temple of Solomon, were all lies, in 1998 York released a novelty publication that the public read on the Sacred Egyptian Initiation, and on page 31 he writes, "Geb with his phallus directed at the umbilical chord and not the sex organs of Nut." Nothing mentioning homosexuality, no references to Ankenaten/Nefertiti.

On page 29 we read the following from York, this too is drastically different from what he told his students in the lecture of it being linked to homosexual practices (rituals) in the Temple of Amun by the Priest of Amun, of which Ankenaten was apposed to.

So with York making the point to the public (holding one position) that the image is symbolic in nature, as part of a creation epic, what he taught in the Temple of Solomon, (a secondary position) was NOT inline with what we see in the above page; DECEPTION. In the comfort of his Temple, York could speak openly about relationships, and his homosexual position without public scrutiny. Ultimately York did release the edited recordings of the Temple lecture which is currently available on YouTube.

York claims that it's not looked upon as homosexual, but that's the point, there's NOTHING about it related to homosexuality! York makes the bold statements that (according to him) this anal sex between men was as a "covenant" and that "when he ejaculated they became a part of him, and they left as Gods", sharing homosexual activity in a Priesthood, performing these homosexual rituals, this is not mentioned in the publication for the public.

Yet nothing in the entire biography of Akhenaten is there mention of he having sex with Egyptian Priest's, nor of them passing on same-sex ritualistic behavior.

As stated earlier, there are plenty of family icons involving Nefertiti and Akhenaten and their children interacting as a heterosexual couple, demonstrating a strong FAMILY BOND, a fact that York asserts in one of his publications for the so-called, Ancient Egiptian Order (A.E.O.) Edition 1 Volume 4 A.E.O. Monthly Magazine on page 15.

Contradicting himself over and over is something we see consistently in York's theology.

"AkhenAten right, was a Hermaphrodite, he was a Homosexual for lack of a better word. And he was intimidated by the Obelisk symbol of a penis, and decided that it should be removed from his Kingdom...AkhenAmun, who was Tutankhamun's father, he was against this ritual like you probably..."

What's contradictory is, if Akhenaten was a homosexual, in a homosexual Temple acting out homosexual rituals, naturally he wouldn't be intimidated or ashamed of a male penis, he would maintain the gay ritual and acts, being it was part of his nature (according to York). Nuwaupians should have asked York, if Akhenaten was a homosexual as you've claimed, then who exactly was his lover? Is his lover mentioned in any Egyptian text or in iconography? Because in the entire corpus of literature from the scribes of Akhenaten, not even "1" reference is made to a homosexual or hermaphrodite-ism, so just where is York getting this Gay/Hermaphrodite ideology?

Anyone can find and research the Hymn To Aten and check to see if there's any reference to same-sex activity, the penis or any of the mention of homosexuality. There are none, its a large text in adoration of Aten, certainly if Akhenaten was a flaming homosexual/Hermaphrodite, he would make at least one reference to the that sort of life style, unfortunately for York, there is nothing.

Asserting that Akhenaten was a Homosexual without evidence amounts to slander, a label York and his cult members affixes to ANYONE who challenges or questions their dogma. York cites NO primary Egyptian sources nor any sources at all. York bends this lie to nearly snapping, with the claim that Akhenaten was a Hermaphrodite/homosexual, suffering from "penis envy", and having "part of his sexual organs inside and the other parts outside..."

Where's the PROOF? NO primary sources, no historical documentation to support his claim. Being that York has NEVER demonstrated ANY ability to read, write or articulate an ancient Egyptian text, he would rather cling to verbal un-cited bogus claims void of any evidence. So according to York's own words, the homosexuality in these temples are part of a ritual of the "hat", the Minaret in Islam is that of a penis (according to York) and that,

As you can see above, York back in the late 1980's, he's seen within a phallus, the "Dome" in the shape of a penis (according to York). We know York was conscious of this because he points it out in an illustration on the opening page of Sex Life Of A Muslim as seen above on the right.

Let's establish a couple other key points from York's out of this world claim, he says,

"...if you look at a fish, most women will say or cook, you turn a fish backwards and look at the way it's face is constructed, a fish looks like this...a penis..."

York has a very odd imagination, he must have had penis on the mind. To York, in a cook's eye as well as a typical woman, he feels that they would view a fish to look like a man's penis, which is more wishful thinking on his part. York mentions a fish deity in several of his publications, that being "Dagon", and the image is an assumed representation of Dagon from a drawing by E. Wallis, Illustrerad Verldshistoria 1875. Unfortunately for York and proponents of that argument, Dagon wasn't an Egyptian figure, but Mesopotamian.

York even claims that the "hat" worn by the Pope (a Mitre), must represent a fish, not in the sense of it being a symbolic reference to "fishers of men", no, but that the fish represented the penis. There are several Mitres or hats worn in the Catholic church for one for a variety of reasons.

- Simplex: General undecorated white linen or silk crown with lappets which end with red fringes down the back of the wearer. Usually worn at funerals, at Lent or on Good Friday.

- Auriphrygiata: Plain gold cloth or white silk with gold, heavy bands of embroiderey usually worn by a Bishop.

- Pretiosa: Gold head crown decorated with various precious stones or gems. Worn on the principle Mass during sacred Sundays in the past.

Notice how York does not indicate how this relates to Fish and the penis, nor does he inform the reader that the Mitre worn in Churches that he thinks looks like the male penis (by way of the hat) has evolved other the years, and as you can see from the image below, it's shape of a fish or penis is extremely imaginative.

In York's lecture, what's noticeably absent is the name of the specie of fish he believes looks like a penis, in other words, York does not indicate which SPECIE of fish is turned backwards to take on the appearance of a penis. Ask those who believe York's every word, does the Piranha, Angel fish, Swordfish, Flounder or Lion fish really look like a penis when turned backwards?

York doesn't mention the name of any specific fish that's supposed to be a representation of a penis, however York does mention in an old booklet released of members of York's so-called Ancient Egiptian Order (A.E.O.), he mentions a fish that's supposed to be connected to the Mitre of the Pope, a fish known as the "Bulti Fish".

"This is where the fish as a Christian's symbol originated. The Ienet (Bulti) fish is the symbol of rebirth in Egipt because it incubates and gives birth to it's young in its mouth. The Christians use it to symbolize the rebirth or return of Jesus Christ."

When viewing the image below taken from the above York publication (page 12) the A.E.O. (Ancient Egiptian Order members) are to have with this vision in their minds of an odd looking fish in conjunction with the Catholic church and the Pope's "hat", and that was part of York's deception, to NOT inform the reader that it's not the actual fish, but that it's a picture of pottery.

Nothing York mentions here has anything whatsoever to do with Christianity, the Pope or a male penis. York even adds an image of a "Bulti fish" in the publication referring to it as "Pa Ienet". The image York uses, is of a Polychrome glass vessel. It can be found and viewed in the British Museum #EA55193. Again, this has ZERO to do with a penis, Pope or the entire body of Christianity, its more of York's Pseudo-ism.

York snagged anything he felt would help his argument or deceive his followers. He should have used a fish that at best resembled the Pope's Mitre. One that comes to mind is that of the Tuna, which has a sharp-edge mouth, similar to the more modern Pope's Mitre, however, the Tuna in no way represents the penis, nor does it look like a penis, neither does it have any relationship to the Catholic church, Islam, Jewish traditions or ancient Egypt as a symbol related to a sexual organ turned "backwards", forward or in plan sight. Basic research and simple deductive reasoning dismisses his entire fallacious premise.

So York's theory, "if you look at a fish, most women will say or cook, you turn a fish backwards and look at the way it's face is constructed, a fish looks like this...a penis..." is officially DEBUNKED in 2018.

Factually speaking, there are creatures that do resemble a human's penis, however they're not by definition a traditional Fish. One is the Atretochoana Eiselti, also called (the Snake Fish), it doesn't take a heavy imagination to make the connection here.

Then there's another phallic looking creature known in Korean as Gae-bool or in Latin, "Urechis Unicincts". It's a specie of sea worm that's a delicacy in Asian countries like Korea. York apparently didn't have this creature in mind either.

Finally here's another example of a phallic-like sea creature known as Panopea Generosa or Pacific Geoduck Clam. It's a saltwater clam of the Hiatellidae family, found in the coastal waters of Canada and the coastal areas of the Pacific Northwest. It's a large burrowing clam with an average life span of over a hundred years.

C. The Ritual Of The Hat:

What's interesting about this theory is, based on those in religion, York is asserting that on the basis of the shape of the "hat" of the Pope, and those within the Catholic church, in the Islamic Mosque or the lay Pastor and Reverend, the "hat" is an indication of they maintaining an Egyptian pedophile ritual, a concoction made up in the depraved mind of Malachi York.

"...The rituals are still going on in High Mass, this is why, in the Catholic Churches, those Ministers never really or Pastors or Fathers, or whatever you call them, never really get prosecuted for having sex with the young boys, because they're re-enacting the ritual and the 'Hat'..."

The latter portion of York's comments are an irony, because York wore NUMEROUS "hats" with his many costumes, and he was prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, who'll sit in a Colorado Super Maximum prison cell for the next 135 years. So much for never really getting prosecuted for having sex with young boys. York sexually abused many children (boys) and no matter the hat, York became the ultimate looser.

York's psycho-babel regarding various Egyptian rulers would be meaningless and insignificant, unfortunately, many children at that time were harmed by the likes of York, hence his comments should be scrutinized and debunked as a means to discard the fallacious public persona of York to his followers as being the "wisest man on the planet", to nothing more than an a typical Charismatic Charlatan who preyed on the innocent by way of his charisma.

A charisma that charmed and persuaded people to support him, which is a trait all cult leaders have or has demonstrated. This is a key insight into charisma, because charisma does not exist on its own in anyone, it exists only in an interaction between an individual and an audience, and York knew that, which was how York used his lectures to build a relationship, extract parts of the lecture, innovate and elaborate on them in books, audio and video, creating a mystical figure; a self-professed savior or "Black-Messiah" some longed for. If allowed to fester, a charismatic character like that could go on to not only molest children, but order the deaths of innocent people as history's most notorious child sexual predators did in the past, from Adolf Hitler, to Joseph Stalin to Jim Jones. They ALL shared a unique character deficiency, Pedophilia, and Narcissism, with Charisma to captivate and motivate the people to do whatever the cult leader wanted, ruining lives in the process.

D. He Was Intimidated By The Obelisk Symbol Of A Penis, And Decided That It Should Be Removed From His Kingdom:

Something York stated needed further review and that is,

"...he was intimidated by the Obelisk symbol of a penis, and decided that it should be removed from his Kingdom..."

This too is false, a fallacy, a LIE being told by York to his followers. In a book York wrote called, El Katub Shil El Maawut - The Book Of The Dead Coming Forth By Day, aside from York's bogus claim of Akhenaten being an Hermaphrodite, he mentions NOTHING, NOT A SINGLE WORD of Akhenaten being an active homosexual, why not, because that elevated distortion had not been proposed up to that point by York. Even when given the chance explain his views on why Ankenaten relocated the Kingdom, York opts for a pseudo position, the reason being "he was intimidated by the Obelisk symbol of a penis, and decided that it should be removed from his Kingdom..." he writes that Ankenaten, in establishing a new monotheism, he,

"...switched the Capital Thebes to a place called Tel-Amara which is 150 miles south of modern Cairo. Although Ankh Aten tried to promote the belief in one Neter, it was only truly accepted by those of Tel-Amara and existed for Ankenaten['s] 17 year rule..."

So the bogus claim that Akenaten "was intimidated by the Obelisk symbol of a penis, and decided that it should be removed from his Kingdom", is never mentioned in the book York wrote with Akenaten as the main character El Katub Shil El Maawut - The Book Of The Dead Coming Forth By Day (The Receiver). We can safely dismiss York's reasons as being sexual, because that argument doesn't hold any historical weight, and NO primary sources in support. If Akhenaten was a homosexual/Hermaphrodite, there would be some textual sources to check, and York offers none. The burden of proof fell on York, and he failed consistently to show evidence.

Where did York get this concept of Ankenaten being Homosexual? He took that belief in part from a 1994 science fiction movie called "Stargate". York has even commented on the fact that the character in the film "Ra", who was played by a homosexual actor (Jaye Davidson), best known for his role as "Dil" in the 1992 film "The Crying Game", according to York, they chose this homosexual actor because the iconography of Ankenaten depicted him with hips, and even the mask worn by Jaye Davidson (Ra), resembled Ankenaten. This helped to shape York's world view of Ankenaten being a homosexual. York has claimed Akhenaten to be a hermaphrodite since the mid 1990's.

In this article, we have tried to demonstrate to you that when it came to Remetch (Egyptian People) or Netcher, Netcheret, Netcherew (God, Goddess, Gods) York was creating his own concepts, not based on facts, just his delusional views, and it was those viewpoints he used to justify various abuses on children.
