Question: Ask The Nuwaupians, Did You Get Habiybah Washington's Last Word On The So-Called Recantment Video?
Answer: At this point there's no way they could still buy into a recantment theory without looking bias and delusional.
It's January 2020, and since 2004, Habiybah Washington has had to redundantly and consistanly explain herself as to why the video that Nuwaupians circulated on YouTube was done. She went to a court hearing, and explained the reasons why, how she lied about it being a conspiracy, thus as a result, York was denied a new trial simply because she maintained her initial testimony. Any claims of her doing so was due to threats of incarceration or having her children taken were false and to this day no one making those claims has ever presented proof.
That should have been the end of the story, however, cult members who can't or were unaware of the reality of the situation, insisted that she recanted, and each time they came away looking like idiots because of their ignorance of the events that took place at the hearing in August 2004.

Now let's take a look at Habiybah's final words on this issue, back on May 7, 2018.
Nuwaupians who continue promoting a recantment, is a case of cognitive dissonance. After reading the above, it's a fantasy to think that she holds any loyalty to the man who sexually abused her. This would also demonstrate a twisted inconsistency of beliefs by York's followers who have stated that she's a liar and can't be trusted because at first she said he did, then he didn't, then he did. In applying that as the criteria for non-acceptability, then they should not accept York's words, why, because he initially entered a plea of not guilty, then guilty, then not guilty. So in following their line of reasoning as to why they insist that her words can't be trusted, likewise they can NOT trust anything York says, because he's guilty of the same thing they accuse Habiybah of. As it stands today, there are NO recantments on record from any of the witnesses or victims who testified at the trial of York period.
In most, if not the overwhelming majority of child molestation cases in America, victims typically will side with their perpetrator, denying that sexual activity had occurred, or for various other reasons. Most being out of fear of retaliation from the perpetrator, his followers, family, soldiers or friends. With that being the case, below are images of York's then personal paramilitary force known as the Mujahaad, or S.O.I. who had a notorious reputation for psychically assaulting members who didn't turn in all their money, or following whatever orders York dictated.
Below is an important example of how fear played a roll in preventing victims from testifying. It's from a victim of York who testified on January 9, 2004 at the York Federal trial. It's a key example and an inward look at why most of York's victims initially denied being sexually molested by him, her fears if she admitted to it, and York directing the under aged victims not to tell/or to lie to authorities claiming that it wasn't him (York) but that it was a "boyfriend".
Fortunately with this case, Ms. Washington's words were corroborated not only from other listed victims who participated in the sex acts, but also York's co-defendants, and the physical evidence presented to the jury. In 2003 shortly after York's guilty pleas in State and Federal courts, Habiybah and other victims were vocal in telling their story as we read from the following example.
After York's guilty plea was rejected and he went to trial, his victims did finally get to tell York to his face that he couldn't hurt them anymore (by way of their testimony) as one victim indicated in a chat regarding Issa Johnson's molestation poem.
S. Laroche:
"...i still to this day have nightmares...and i'm not gonna lie it felt great to get up there and say this man (Dwight York) molested me..i wish some of you guys were there with me to see his face...he couldn't even look at me in the face that's how guilty he was....so to all you people that said they had the choice to say no...sorry it wasn't like that for the rest of us we didn't have the option like you. i also hate those people who try and sit there and tell me what happened to me was a lie...this shit comes from people who didn't even live on the land..."
