Question: Ask The Nuwaupians, Have You Read The Letter That Alerted Officials Of The Sexual Abuses Committed By Malachi York?
Answer: They haven't until now.
Shortly after September 20, 1998, an anonymous letter appears at the editors desk at the Atlanta-Journal Constitution which was a letter described as a call for help. It was this letter which spearheaded the first credible reports of children being sexually molested on the York property at 404 Shady Dale road in Eatonton, Georgia. The source of the letter was later revealed by York an on The Montel Williams Show in 2005 as Pauline Rogers.
It was she who set the investigations in motion that had she not, it's possible that York would still be sexually molesting a new generation of kids. Although Ms. Rogers didn't actually witness children being sexually abused, her observations of underage girls leaving York's residence at late hours in the night, prompted her to take action. And her suspicions proved to be fruitful and forthcoming. Subsequent to the letter sent by Ms. Rogers, victims who were able to access computers, sent emails describing and highlighting the sexual perversions of Malachi York.
As you can see, it was a vivid description of abuses that a year to the date of the emails. Keep this in mind, all those who want to claim that it was the white man's lies against Dr. York, NO, none of York's victims were white, and all of the listed victims were living on the York property, never leaving the property except with York to restaurants, shopping and special trips to amusement parks.
York would be arrested along with his co-defendants on May 8, 2002, who were themselves sexually molested by York years earlier, who would eventually recruit new victims for York. Below are some survivors of York.
At York's arraignment, he entered a plea of Not Guilty (5/9/2002). However, as a result of the court authorizing Stanford University Medical Center to analyze York's blood for Herpes Viruses Simplex I & II (previously a sealed document) entered 07/29/2002, was signed by Judge Claude W. Hicks Jr.
The results showed conclusive evidence that Malachi York shared the same Herpes Simplex-II virus as two of the under aged girls, children who's time was spent in York's care.
This is also found in the PSIR (Pre-Sentencing Investigation Report) of all the victims who contracted Herpes Simplex I & II, Vaginal and Anal Chlamydia. As you may have noticed, I redacted the name of the victim(s) above and below, as well as clues of thier idenity to protect thier privacy, nevertheless I'm showing this much as an example of what was presented in court which lead to York's guilty plea.
It's worth noting that York never challenged the Herpes results from Stanford University with a secondary or independent test analysis. After consulting his legal counsel, York felt his only option was to do the right thing and plead guilty, so on January 23 and 24, he removed his initial plea of not guilty, and entered a plea of guilty to Child Molestation charges in the State, and transporting minors across State lines for unlawful sexual activity and Money Structuring in Federal court.
Local news coverage at the time documented this reality, something that many Latter-Day Nuwaupians not around in the early 2000's deny that the guilty pleas had ever taken place.
His guilty plea was rejected in the Federal venue upon review of the PSIR (Pre-Sentencing Investigation Report) and sentencing guidelines which required York (based on his score and the severity of the crimes) do more time than what was agreed upon, in favor of a minimum of twenty years. York refused to remove his guilty plea, and as a result his case went to trial which a jury ultimately found him guilty on eleven of thirteen.
Review for yourself what was stated in the letter that resulted in the investigation which would free the survivors of York.
I read the article Racial, Legal Issues Cloud Egypt in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, dated Sunday, September 20, 1998, concerning the Dwight York cult. I am an ex-member whom questioned the sick minded and theocratic hold that Dwight has over the thoughts of his followers. Recently, Dwight has been becoming God himself to veteran members, subsequently exercising more divine rule to do whatever he wants to young girls below 16 years of age, young boys of the same age group, and a herd of concubines of a wide variety of ages that he stables on the property for free sex and labor. These facts, until very recently, were very closely guarded secrets. Even amongst the residents of the compound, few knew how often and with which adopted daughters York was having sex. Well, now they are pregnant. Some of the concubines are so young that his sexual perversions have surpassed being criminal. Because they are loyal to him, they may well deny all these things, but science will not tell a lie. Children with children should be tested for paternity. Girls that are now 18 years old that have children more than 5 years old are examples of who Dwight York really is to the compound members: an abuser. Of course, the young girls who are not pregnant yet should be tested for sexual tampering. Children Services will surely find that they have been penetrated by a full-grown male. No men on the compound are allowed unsupervised communication with Dwight’s concubines, unless he is the law, an outsider that York has to impress or deceive, or a relative of the girls in question.
Strangely enough, many support the abuse and a very skillful line of questioning is necessary to first establish that there was not any prolonged, unsupervised exposure to any other of the compound’s males that York may try to pawn. His twisted affair will be unmasked. Once, when the GBI went to the compound, he was informed beforehand that they were coming, and busloads of young boys and girls were temporarily shipped to Macon, Georgia, to mask the overcrowding and rape. Please save these children. My ability has been exhausted from trying to advise some of the girls who have left the organization to speak up. We are afraid. We feel alone. We need help.
I would like to thank Pauline Rogers as well as all of the survivors who showed courage in the face of strong opposition to speak out in whatever manner they felt would help, from testifying at trial to heartbreaking poems to speaking out on social media, your efforts has helped not only York's victims who couldn't speak out, but was also a motivating factor for others in subsequent child molestation cases, giving them strength as well, perpetual gratitude to you all.
