Question: Ask The Nuwaupians: What Exactly is Unlawful Sexual Activity?
Answer: They'll no doubt ignore the question and resort to a strawman argument.
we planned a plan, and the FBI planned a plan, and the FBI was the best of planners
-Malachi York: Expectation Religions (audio)
This article is short and to the point. Feel free to use it as ammunition against the delusional Nuwaupian cult members no matter the denomination/sect or Free York advocate. I refer to them as delusional because of their denial of basic facts as to why the cult leader Malachi York is in prison.
The redundant arguments and talking-points by Nuwaupian cult members are that he is not in prison for child molestation or that he's in prison for an alleged conspiracy to transport minors across state-lines, how can you be convicted on a conspiracy did they read his mind or something ?
Old lame game that have been debunked year after year after year. Twenty years later, they're still making the same claims. Recently on a Clubhouse social media show, the Nuwaupian cult were at it again pushing those old bogus narratives with the intent to gaslight a new audience unfamiliar with the documented facts. Anyone who has read the federal judgement against York would see clearly that in addition to the conspiracy count (3) counts 4, 5, 6, and 7 leaves no ambiguity on exactly what York is in prison for, take a look.
As you can plainly see above, York was found guilty on 4ss, 5ss, 6ss and 7ss. These are not CONSPIRACIES to transport minors for sex as (3ss) indicates, however with these counts, the jury, those who matter, they were convinced that knowingly, and intentionally did transport minors in interstate commerce for UNLAWFUL SEXUAL ACTIVITY. Specifically sex crimes committed against children in the cult back in 04/93 and 1996. Sexual activities that began in the State of New York; traveling from there and relocating to the destination State of Georgia where those sex crimes continued and escalated.
According to the Cornell University Law School Legal Information Institute (LII) explains it this way:
18:2423(a) Transportation of Minors constitutes the following:
(a)Transportation With Intent To Engage in Criminal Sexual Activity.—
18:2423(b)
(b)Travel With Intent To Engage in Illicit Sexual Conduct.—
- Statutory rape: Statutory rape is a form of sexual misconduct with a minor in which the victim is not able to legally consent due to young age. Felony statutory rape constitutes an adult over the age of 21 having sexual contact with a victim under the age of 16. Georgia does not have a close-in-age exemption, commonly known as “Romeo and Juliet laws,” which prevent individuals from being prosecuted if they are significantly close in age to the alleged victim. For example, a 15-year-old still may not consent to sexual activity with a 16 or 17-year-old partner. However, penalties are generally much less severe if the victims are close in age.
- Child molestation: Convictions for this felony charge are penalized by up to life imprisonment. Child molestation, per Georgia law, involves immoral or indecent acts performed on a child or within close proximity of a child. Child molestation may have an aggravating factor if sodomy is involved in any way, or if the child is physically harmed.
- Sexual assault : A person with supervisory or disciplinary control over another person, such as a teacher and student, may not have sexual contact. Consent is not a defense, even if the alleged victim was over the age of 16.
- Sexual battery: Per Georgia law, sexual battery of a minor is the crime of intentional physical contact with a child’s intimate parts, defined as the “genitals, anus, groin, inner thighs, or buttocks of a male or female and breasts of a female.” Sexual battery may have an aggravating factor if the person intentionally penetrates the child with a foreign object without their consent. “Foreign object” is defined as anything “other than the sexual organ of a person.” A first-time conviction of aggravated sexual battery of a minor can result in a prison sentence of between 25 years to life, followed by lifelong probation.
Throughout the York trial, victims in the case testified that York, along with those teens and young adults under his supervision and guidance who recruited additional children at York's commands; York committed numerous sexual abuses, oral, anal, digital penetration, and vaginal intercourse, including rape, violated Georgia law. So when you hear or read where a Nuwaupian gives York a pass, condoning pedophilia and child molestation; making up excuses such as, they were of the age of consent in Georgia! You let them know what the Georgia law states, and not their perverted claims designed to justify the actions of a serial child sexual predator. Let me give you a couple of examples of survivors whose testimonies gained York collectively 660 months prison, or in terms of years 55 for (4ss, 5ss, 6ss, 7ss)

Nichole Lopez as well as Khalid Eddington corroborated the testimony of Habiybah Washington, which was that shortly after leaving the State of New York to the State of Eatonton, Georgia (transporting the then minors) the sexual activity with those minors not only continued; but that in Eatonton, Georgia, the sex became more frequent, and as a result (in addition to other testimonies and evidence) York would be found guilty on counts 4, 5, 6, and 7.
In the Federal indictment against York, it lists all of the violations. The jury in the case convicted York on 11 of 13 counts. My focus here was to point out how York did transport, and directed the transportation by others, to bring those listed victims (minors) he did engaged in sexual activity in up-state New York; not long after the relocation (transporting said minors) the sexual activities with those minors that traveled from New York to Georgia; the sexual activities as you've read, did continue and increased.

There's no way of getting around the facts of the case. The government was successful in proving their case, and York received the maximum sentencing allowed by law on the severity of the crimes against those children who were sexually molested while they were under the age of 18.
One may have to also consider and realize that Nuwaupians collectively may have deep mental issues. Meaning, most Nuwaupians that knew or met York, were severely traumatized once he was arrested, and ultimately convicted. As far as we know, no Nuwaupian has ever had psychological counseling to address their traumatic experience of loosing York, their god, lord and savior. Which is part and parcel as to why, and may explain why in 2023, the cult are still claiming the exact same thing that he's innocent as if they're suspended in time. Even raising their own children to believe the same thing.
Simultaneously, the cult is maintaining that York is an extraterrestrial from a pseudo planet RIZQ possessing 76 trillion years, having the ability to live (as a RIZQIYAN) a thousand years, discovered the cure for death, allowed himself to be arrested and incarcerated to determine who his true and loyal followers are. Yet, he and they since 2002 are demanding his freedom. In light of all that, one has to conclude that these people and York are all nuts! They'll believe anything York says, but won't except his words when he says:
YOU are RESPONSIBLE for whatever happens to you. You are ALWAYS where you are SUPPOSED to be
