Question: Ask The Nuwaupians, Did You Know the Book The Sacred Wisdom of Tehuti was Plagiarized from The Mystical Book Called Kybalion?
Answer: By now you can guess that they're intentionally blind, deaf and dumb regarding York's continued plagiarisms.
For years this article has sat hidden on this website, however at this time I feel it necessary to post. As with the previous examples of *Dr. York's lazy writing methods, this too should have you shaking your head in disgust that the career con man made serious money with his book hustles. Instead of doing actual field work and rigorous study, then publishing the results of that labor, York would instead copy and paste, or even omit portions from the labor of other writers, then charge his followers and patrons a high price on books deemed "spiritual" and "mystic" taking credit for the work of other writers, this is best known as PLAGIARISM. And that is exactly what we have here.

Some years ago, the late Nobel prize-winning Dr. Albert Schweitzer was asked by a reporter, 'Doctor, what’s wrong with men today?' The great doctor was silent a moment, and then he said, 'Men simply don’t think!' It’s about this that I want to talk with you. We live today in a golden age. This is an era that humanity has looked forward to, dreamed of, and worked toward for thousands of years. We live in the richest era that ever existed on the face of the earth... a land of abundant opportunity for everyone.
-The Strangest Secret in the World: by Earl Nightingale 1956
a question was put to me, what’s wrong with people today? and the answer, is quit simple, people simply don’t think! I want you to dwell on that one thought for a moment and apply it to you and your life. Think about it, and it’s about this that I want to talk with you today. We live in a time called golden age. This is an era that man has looked forward to, and have dreamed would come forth for centuries. (inaudible) We're in America, which is a particularly fortunate country the richest era that ever existed on the face of the earth … a land of abundant opportunity for everyone.
-Malachi York: The Strangest Secret 1989
Certainly you can listen to both recordings and see beyond a shadow of a doubt of York's blatant plagiarism of Earl Nightingales'
The Strangest Secret in the World and York's The Strangest Secret.

Refresher Examples:
Of course York has never mentioned the name Hurtak EVER, nor the thief of his works. We can see that York alters Hurtak's words, relocates others but the full text is clearly visible. Even if York did mention Hurtak by name; unless he separates Hurtak's words or any other author's words from his own, it is classified as literary plagiarism, in other words, if someone is reading a York publication and comes across Hurtak or anyone else's insertions, how is the reader supposed to know what's York's words from the words of someone else?
That's why it is necessary to cite the source, page and number, separating your words from theirs as not to intentionally misguide or trick the reader into believing that the works and intellectual labor of another person is your own, York is well aware of this.
What is Mosaic Plagiarism?
Mosaic Plagiarism is the intentional or unintentional act of mentioning an author but he/she DOES NOT acknowledge the quoted part nor places them in quotation marks correctly, then the writer commits the crime of plagiarism.
In other words, Mosaic Plagiarism is committed when a writer or student borrows phases from a source without using quotation marks, or finds synonyms for the author's language while keeping the same general language structure and meanings as found in the original. IO point that out because the clueless Nuwaupian cult members unfamiliar with this form of plagiarism will claim that "he mentions Zecharia Sitchin in lots of his books..." yet York will never place in quotation marks separating his words from Sitchin or any other writer that he's borrowing from, thus it's a Mosaic type of Plagiarism.

Now that you have a clear working knowledge of various types of plagiarism, lets proceed.
In the book The Sacred Wisdom of the Grand Hierophant: Tehuti we find substantive evidence of yet another text that Malachi York (under the misnomer *Dr. York) has been stealing and passing off his his information (Plagiarism). The book is called, The Kybalion: A Study of The Hermetic Philosophy of Ancient Egypt and Greece. Throughout York's book he steals numerous sections, lifting whole lines, and never even once separating his words from the original source, he didn't even cite the book, York wanted the credit all for himself.
Example: The Introduction
In the intro to the Kybalion is self explanatory. York takes this introduction using pages 8-10 eliminating portions, then adding what he felt was needed, and not once mentioning the book the Kybalion, let's take a look.
the countless teachings which have been promulgated since his time. All the fundamental and basic teachings embedded in the esoteric teachings of every race may be traced back to Hermes. Even the most ancient teachings of India undoubtedly have their roots in the original Hermetic Teachings.
The Kybalion: page 8-9
Now look at York's words.
the countless teachings which have been promulgated since his time. All the fundamental and basic teachings embedded in the esoteric teachings of every school is be traced back to Tehuti. Even the most ancient teachings of India, Tibet, and Sumeria undoubtedly have their roots in the original Egiptian teachings without which there would be no Bible or Qur'aan in existence.
-Malachi York: The Sacred Wisdom of the Grand Hierophant: Tehuti pg. 18
If you noticed with the italicized words in York's book, you see where he omits what's in the Kybalion and substitutes it with his words, school is, Tehuti, Tibet, and Sumeria etc. Never once indicating nor separating his words from those found in the Kybalion, this is an example of Mosaic Plagiarism, but let's continue.
From the land of the Ganges many advanced occultists wandered to the land of Egypt, and sat at the feet of the Master. From him they obtained the Master-Key which explained and reconciled their divergent views, and thus the Secret Doctrine was firmly established. From other lands came the learned ones, all of whom regarded Hermes as the Master of Masters, and his influence was so great that in spite of the many wandering from the path on the part of the centuries of the teachers in these different lands, there may still be found a certain basic resemblance and correspondence which underlies the many and often quite divergent theories entertained and taught by occultists of these different lands today
The Kybalion: page 9
From the land of the Ganges many advanced occultists wandered to the land of Egipt, and sat at the feet of the Master, all Greek master as well went to Egipt to learn, and from him they obtained a very small portion of the truth, which explained and reconciled their divergent views, and thus the Secret Teacher was firmly established. Even your Moses and Jesus had their start in Egipt and the great Moorish teachers of the west, Nobel Drew Ali, and world's thought. But, nevertheless, the original truths taught by him have been kept intact in their original purity by a few men and women in age, who, refusing great numbers of half-developed students and followers, followed the Hah Kha, Tehuti's secrets and reserved their facts, bes kept secrets, bes kept sacred for the few who were ready to comprehend and master it. From lip to ear the truth has been handed down among the few. Mum's the word. If you know what I mean.
-Malachi York: The Sacred Wisdom of the Grand Hierophant: Tehuti pg. 18
Again York omits and adds on, never even once citing the source publication the Kybalion. In the latter he rambles on only to continue the literary theft.
There were always a few to tend faithfully the alter of the Truth, upon which was kept alight the Perpetual Lamp of Wisdom. These men devoted their lives to the labor of love which the poet has so well stated in his lines: "O, let the flame die out! Cherished age after age in its dark cavern-in its holy temples cherished. Fed by pure ministers of love-let not the flame die out! " These men never sought popular approval, nor numbers of followers. They are indifferent to these things, for they know how few there are in each generation who are ready for the truth, or who would recognize it if it were presented to them. They reserve the "strong meat for men, " while others furnish the "milk for babes."
The Kybalion: page 11
There were always a few to tend faithfully the alter of the truth, facts, keepers of the temple upon which was kept the secrets, the perpetual truth of existence before the light. These beings devoted their lives to the labor of love which the poet has so well stated in his lines: "O, let the flame die out!, its light blinds! Cherished age after age in its darkness, in which deity dwelled before saying let there be light, in its holy temples cherished. Fed by pure keepers of love, let the flame die out!, the chaos. " These men and women have never sought popular approval; they were always hated, called cults of all kinds. They are indifferent to these things, for they know how few there are in each generation who are ready for the real truth, but now the time has come for Sayhu "mummy" to get up out of the Neb Ankh "sarcophagus" of religion.
-Malachi York: The Sacred Wisdom of the Grand Hierophant: Tehuti pg. 20-21
Yet again we see the Mosaic Plagiarism as York continues to remove then add his commentaries, never indicating that he was quoting and taking credit for the labor of the author of The Kybalion, watch and see.
There are those who have criticized this attitude of the Hermetists, and who have claimed that they did not manifest the proper spirit in their policy of seclusion and reticence. But a moment's glance back over the pages of history will show the wisdom of the Masters, who knew the folly of attempting to teach to the world that which it was neither ready or willing to receive. The Hermetists have never sought to be martyrs, and have, instead, sat silently aside with a pitying smile on their closed lips, while the "heathen raged noisily about them" in their customary amusement of putting to death and torture the honest but misguided enthusiasts who imagined that they could force upon a race of barbarians the truth capable of being understood only by the elect who had advanced along The Path. And the spirit of persecution has not as yet died out in the land. There are certain Hermetic Teachings, which, if publicly promulgated, would bring down upon the teachers a great cry of scorn and revilement from the multitude, who would again raise the cry of "Crucify! Crucify."
In this little work we have endeavored to give you an idea of the fundamental teachings of the Kybalion, striving to give you the working Principles, leaving you to apply them yourselves, rather than attempting to work out the teachings in detail. If you are a student, you will be able to work out and apply these Principles-if not, then you must develop yourself into one, for otherwise the Hermetic Teachings will be as "words, words, words" to you.
The Three Initiates.
The Kybalion: page 13-14
There are those who have criticized this attitude of the Ancient Egiptian Order and who have claimed that they did not manifest the proper spirit in their policy of seclusion and reticence. But a moment's glance back over the pages of time will show the wisdom of the Masters, who knew the folly of attempting to teach to the world that which it was neither ready or willing to receive. No we did not worship the rock or stone of the statues of our ancestors or rulers, but rather who and what they mean and meant to us. The Ancient Egiptian Order have never sought to be martyrs, and have, instead, sat silently aside and inside other religions with a pitying smile on their closed lips, while the religious fools raged noisily about them, claim they know Yahweh, Ja, God or Allah, and have the truth, in customary amusement of putting to death and torture the honest but misguided enthusiasts who imagined that they could force upon a curse seed of barbarians the truth capable of being overstood only by the elect, Nuwaupu who had advanced along the path. And the spirit of persecution has not as yet died out in the land they dwelled. There are certain Ancient Egiptian Order teachings, which, if publicly promulgated, would bring down upon the teachers a great cry of scorn and revilement from the multitude, who would again raise the cry of cult.
In this little work I have endeavored to give you an idea of the fundamental doctrines of the Ancient Egiptian Order, striving to give you the working teachings, leaving you to apply them yourselves, rather than attempting to work out the teachings in detail. If you are a true student, you will be able to work out and apply these doctrines, if not, then you must develop yourself into one, for otherwise the Ancient Egiptian Order teachings will be as "words, words, words" to you. The four Supreme Grand Hierophants (masters):
-Malachi York: The Sacred Wisdom of the Grand Hierophant: Tehuti pg. 22-23
I can show you more, but then it would become abusive, redundant and a case of overkill. From this, and the many previous articles written on this site should leave no doubts that Malachi York as a writer was nothing more than a parroting con artist who plagiarized the many works of various authors; clinging to them like Velcro, hijacking the works of those who put in the time and labor. Stealing their work and claiming it as his own, repackaging and selling it to an unsuspecting public.
Just look at the ending of the introduction The Three Initiates, York has the nerve to switch it to The four Supreme Grand Hierophants [or] masters. This sort of sloppy authorship is yet another example of many that illustrates the point that York was a very deceptive career con man, so buyer beware!
With the overwhelming documentation available showing his lies, tricks and deceptions; you have to ask rhetorically and wonder the mental state of his current followers. Why in 2021 over nineteen years that this screwball York has been incarcerated, there continues to be a group of socially inept American Negroes holding on and continuing to worship the character of this career conman and serial child sexual predator *Dr. Dwight "Malachi" York, taking blind faith into the abyss of absolute lunacy.
