Question: Ask The Nuwaupians, has Malachi York ever used deception as a tool to score points against other organizations?
Answer: They'll say no, however the facts works against their answer.
Malachi York was well known for making exaggerated claims or telling out right lies, he stooped to an all time low by using a member of his congregation who over the years resided on the York properties in Brooklyn, Monticello, New York and at the infamous 404 Shady dale Rd. Eatonton, GA., a member named Barbara Noel.
In a book series he called, "Question and Answers", York released a publication called, 360 Questions to Ask The Israeli Church; Part 1 scroll #137, in that book on page 86, York posted a photo of Barbara Noel and deceptively presented her to the readers, as Dr. Barbara Noel, where he writes,
"I Brought In Dr. Barbara Noel, A Native Of Panama To Dispute Their Claim..."
Ms. Noel is a native of Panama, however York sought to tag a deceptive label of her being a doctor to leave the impression that she may have done work in the fields of Ethnology, Genetics or holds a doctorate from a University which would qualify her to dispute a claims. Nuwaupianism.com spoke briefly with Ms. Noel and she confirmed that she has NO doctorate and that she is Not a Doctor as York presented her to be.
Chuck: Ms. Noel, it's a pleasure to speak with you, I just had one question, did Malachi York put your name and photo in a book called 360 Questions to Ask the Isreaeli Church where you were supposedly brought in to refute a claim about Israeli tribes, in particularly a young Zebulonite of the Mayan empire. The person referred to as "Dr. Barbara Noel" he mentioned is from Colon, Panama, was that you in the book?
Barbara Noel: Yes, unfortunately. He even made me put on glasses, which I did not wear at the time! I don't even remember what point he was making! I do not even remember what it was about. Send a copy of what I was "expertly" talking about.
The comments attributed to Ms. Noel are not relevant, the point here is, York lied to score points and leave then impression that he brought in a Dr. to address the Israeli Church. The use of "Dr." was nothing new to York, he used it to leave the impression in the minds of his followers that he had doctorates which qualified him to hold the label of "Doctor of Divinity" or "scholar", no evidence of such doctorates exist, nor has York ever presented any such credentials.
York would even have his followers in various cities to carry the tittle "Dr." as seen in the following publication,

Nuwaupians to this day are calling themselves Doctor this and Doctor that, I my self was promoted and presented by York in a 11 part debate series called, "Dr. Larry Morgan Debates with Christians". Releasing the tapes and CD's with the tittle heading, "Dr." was a deception, when York knew full well that I received NO doctorate in theology.
This deception is found even in the A.E.O. "Ancient Egiptian Order" where York (for a small fee) mailed out "Honorary" Doctorates of Divinity certificates.
"...You Must be recommended by the Supreme Grand Mir "pyramid" and the Grand Mir where you reside. You must know and be a member of Doctor of Divinity..."
-The Constitution of the A.E.O. "Ancient Egiptian Order pg. 23
The deceptions of York are well documented, but to fabricate doctorates for members, and parade them in his books and to the public as Doctors, is ridiculous. York had to have been so intimidated by the Israeli Church that he put glasses on a member to have the look of a Doctor hoping to score points with his followers over his enemies.
