Question: Ask The Nuwaupians, Is It True That The Sphinx Had The Wings Of Eagles And The Hooves Of Bulls As Malachi York Taught?
Answer: They will believe anything their teacher says or writes and will undoubtedly say yes.
This article wont be hard to understand. It's simple and to the point which may have been why the Nuwaupians didn't catch it. Here York makes another ridiculous set of claims about the Egyptian Sphinx.
-Malachi York: Extraterrestrials And Creation pg. 62-64
He asserts that the Egyptian Sphinx once had wings specifically (like an Eagle), some link to a biblical quote about "4 living creatures" and that the Sphinx has hooves like a bull.
There is no possible way to explain York's blatant disregard of the truth than to say that he was either totally delusional and/or he's a compulsive liar. Anyone who's ever been to Egypt or who has seen the Sphinx in person would know that there is absolutely no bases for such a claim. The Sphinx has been photographed from every conceivable angle and there is nothing that remotely suggests that the Sphinx either had wings like an Eagle or hooves like a bull or calf.
Nowhere in the history and field of Egyptian archaeology or linguistics is there evidence of the Sphinx every having Eagle wings. NO proof.
The same applies to the buffoonery that the Sphinx had hooves like the Bull or Calf.
A hoof (/'hu:f/) , hooves (/'hu:vz/) or hoofs is the tip of a toe of an an ungulate mammal, strengthened by a thick, horny, keratin covering. The hoof consists of a hard or rubbery sole and a hard wall formed by a thick nail rolled around the tip of the toe.
The Sphinx's front and rear paws bears nothing that looks like the hooves of a bull.
As you can see, this is all a figment of York's imagination or possibly a joke on his followers to see if they'll except anything he says no matter how stupid it was. York would never cite any Egyptian primary sources that supports his beliefs that the Egyptian Sphinx had Eagle wings and bull hooves, his sacred text was apparently the Bible, because it was his number one source to back his claims.
Below is the scene from the Dream Stele depicting Thutmose IV giving offerings to the great Sphinx. There's nothing linguistically or visually supporting York's claims.
There are no parchments, slabs, Cartouche, Stele, temple walls, no hieroglyphs mentioning Eagle wings or that the Sphinx had hooves. This claim from the so-called "Dr. York" has been DEBUNKED.
As for the "Bull Man" whom York writes is "Enkidu" and that's false. It's conclusive evidence that York was totally clueless with regards to the history, language and culture of the Mesopotamia.
York writes,
"Now all of these descriptions, fit the description of ENKIDU the BULL MAN take a look for yourself."
-Malachi York: Extraterrestrials And Creation pg. 62
We did take a look and found York to be absolutely WRONG!
York's image above of Enkidu is totally wrong. Figure (52) is NOT Enkidu but a statue of a, dAn-Kal,
also referred to as dLammar, or Lamassu which were regarded as "Gods of Protection" and depicted with a man's head, body of the Ox, with large wings protruding from it's ribs and back.
EN-KIM-DU (Enkidu) is not and was not a "Bull Man", according to the myths, York should have known this. Never in the Epic of Gilgamech (Gilgamesh) is Enkidu regarded as a bull man nor in any descriptions York claims. There are cylinder seals that illustrates Enkidu and he's not shown as a bull man as York taught. Enkidu was called a "wild-man" but NOT dLummar (dLAMASSU), a bull man as York presents it in figure (52).
Below is the adversary Hu-wa-wa as he's being killed by Gilgamesh and Enkidu.
-Epic of Gilgamesh Tablet 5
Below is an ancient cylinder seal depicting Enkidu (left) and Gilgamesh (right), slaying the bull from the sky (center)
How many times does Malachi York have to be wrong before Nuwaupians wake up?
